Removal of following existing unserviceable components of various furniture items given below carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and supply & fixing new components in lieu of dismanteled parts/ discorded components as mentioned including tightening the joints, placing every part in-tact. Work will be executed where the furniture exist in different User Units such as Nofra-I, Nofra-II, NAD, MO Goa, 2W DET, INS Gomantak etc. of GE Gomantak including BSO's Furniture Yard complete all as directed.

Chair writing / Chair Visitor (FD/E6/MAP/12, TP)\

a) Removing of existing U/S seat ply including cushion foam and tapestry of chair wiriting MAP and S&F with new seat ply including cushion foam and tapestry (range not less than Rs. 300 per Rm) as shown in drg.

b) Removing of existing U/S back ply including cushion foam and tapestry of chair wiriting MAP and S&F with new back ply including cushion foam and tapestry (range not less than Rs. 300 per Rm) as shown in drg.

c) Removing of existing U/S tapestry of seat & back of chair wiriting MAP and S&F with new tapestry (range not less than Rs. 300 per Rm) including PVC lipping/Beading as shown in drg.

d) Arm black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert scratch proof (75-85 shore hardness) as per drg

e) Rejoining the base of stiffner with spot welding of broken joints not exceeding 25 mm in length as and where required as per drg.

f) Removing U/S PVC beading from seat and back of existing chair writing and S&F new PVC beading in eat and back of chair wrting as per drg.

Chair Verandah (FD-256, FD-359)

a) Removing of U/S canning of seat of chair verandah and recanning of seat of chair verandah with new cane half round white plastic cane of superior quality of size 4 mm width as per drg

b) Removing of U/S canning of back of chair verandah and recanning of seat of chair verandah with new cane half round white plastic cane of superior quality of size 4 mm width as per drg

c) PVC seat & Back (each set) 4 mm thick seat made of PPCP material as per standard weight suitable for chair verandah complete all as specified and directed. Note:- One pair of one seat and one back shall be considered as each set. Make of PVC Seat back - AMKO/CELLO/SWASTIK

b) Removing U/S broken short rail and fixing new short rail made out of old broken long rail obtained from 105 above including both end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed

c) Removing U/S broken leg and fixing new leg made out of old broken long/short rail obtained from 105 & 106 above including one end threaded suitable for fixing elbow complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed

d) Removing of U/S elbow 3 way and supply & fix new GI elbow 32mm dia ISI marked all as shown in drg as specified and directed

e) Removing of U/S checknut and supply & fix new checknut all as shown indrg as specified and directed

f) Removing existing U/S plywood top from charpoy GI pipe and supply and fixing new 12mm thick plywood ISI marked BWP IS-710 grade including refixing of existing stiffner with screw at equal distance to GI pipe frame of charpoy and fixing the plywood top with MS machine made screw bolt with washers and one hexagonal nut of 50 mm long dia of neck 5 mm and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint to stiffeners after one coat of red oxide primer complete all as shown in drg as specified and directed

g) 900 mm long MS angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm of size, rest on both long rails and fixing the MS angle iron duly welded with long rail complete all as specified and directed

h) Spot welding of broken joints not exceeding 25 mm in length including painting the welded parts to match with existing as per drg.
