Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drain in all sorts of soils (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sand stone) including removing spreading ro stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m, as directed including trimming the side of trenches, levelling dressing an raming the bottom, bailing out water etc. as required complete.

Earth Work in filling of foundation trenches of plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 15cmm including watering ramming etc.layer by layer complete ( payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity work) (a)With earth obtained from excavation of foundation (a)With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

a) Anti termite treatment to bottom surface ( in case of masonry foundation and basements) and the sides (upto a height of 300 mm. from bottom) of the excavation trenches with chemical emulsion by admixing chloropyrofos emulsifiable concentrates (1% concentration) with water by weight at the rate of 5 Litres per sq. m. area. The work shall be carried out as per specification described in 6.2.1. of code IS 6313 (part -II) 1981. (Mode of measurment will be the plan area of foundation treated.)

(I) Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40 mm size excluding shuttering) In ground floor.(B) With N.B. Variety stone metal. (a) 1:3:6 proportion. (A) In G.F foundation

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.N.B Variety.

Hire and labour charge for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slab, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto the roof of ground floor) (a) 25mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Eng-in - Charge. G.Floor up to PL

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(II) JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECTROSTEEL/SSL

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) (a) in foundation and plinth

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.

25mm. thick damp proof course with cement concrete with stone chips (1:1.5:3) [with graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size] and admixture of water proofing compound as per manufacturer's specification followed by two coat of polymer based paint, (1st coat after 4 to 5 days of concrete laying and 2 nd coat just before brick masonry work) as directed (cost of water proofing compound & polymer based paint to be paid separately).( Chequering not required over concrete or painted surface). [Note: - Waterproofing as per item 9, polymer based paint as per item 8 (a) of subhead C of Section (C).

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface, including throating, nosing and drip course where necessary (ground floor). with 6:1 cement mortar 20 mm. thick plaster (outer Portion).GF

C) 15 mm. thick plaster (1:6) upto 4m(External Wall)

C) 10 mm. thick plaster (1:4) upto 4m

Labour for Chipping of concrete surface before taking up Plastering work.

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. Wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, Iron Butt Hinges and M.S clamps. (The quantum should be correted upto three decimals). (c) Sal : Local

Panel shutters of door and window, as per design (each panel consisting of single plank without joint), including fitting and fixing the same in position but excluding the cost of hinge and other fittings. Supplying fitting and fixing in position approved P.V.C. door frame (Matt finish) made of extruded P.V.C. multichamber hollow section having dimensions 60mm x 50mm x 2mm (+/- 0.2mm), horizontal section will be joined with vertical section by galvanised steel screws after inserting two number steel brackets as reinforcement making suitable space for placing hinges, one steel tube 40mm x 20mm x 1.20 mm will be inserted on one full vertical side of the frame (hinge side) as reinforcement, the frame will then be fixed in the opening with the help of P.V.C. expandable fastner/wooden gutties and galvanised steel screws including cost of all materials and labour, hire charges of tools and appliances, carriage of all materials, taxes and all other incidental charges complete

Supplying, Fitting & Fixing 30 mm thick both side prelaminated Factory made solid Panel PVC Door Shutter consisting of outer frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19 mmx19 mm for styles, top and bottom rails, M.S. frame shall have cost of steel primers of approved make and manufacture, M.S. frame covered with 5 mm th. heat moulded PVC “C” channel of size 30 mm th, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either sides forming styles; and 5 mm th. 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top & bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Construction of septic tank of different capacities as per approved drawing with 1st class brick work in cement mortar (1:4) including two 560 mm dia. R.C.C. manhole cover(heavy type)of approved make supplied, fitted and fixed in the 100mm thick R.C.C (1:1.5:3) top slab with necessary fittings, 20mm with water, removing foreign materials from the chamber and including constructing attached inspection pit as per approved drawing and connecting all necessary pipes, joints etc. with internal plaster work and artificial stone flooring is to be done with admixture of water proofing compound @ 0.5% by weight of cement with all costs of labour and materials.
