M & L for applying two coats of Smart care damp proof of Asian Paints by roller/brush over a coat of primer with smart care damp proof 33 % dilution of Asian paints including preparation of existing surface by complete removal of existing treatment by means of chipping the surface to remove loose particles and mortar and clean the surface with wire brush and water wash etc including filling & coving with smart care repair mortar (wherever required), filling of crack filler with smart care crack filler of Asian Paints (wherever required) complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for repair of Cracks by Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with mixed water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.
