M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall including cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing scrapping down smoke soot moulds and efflorescent salt and trading and greasy spots and applying one coat of white wash using mech means and rollers only complete all as specified and directed including vegetation cleaning as required as per site complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto complete all as per item No-1 here in before but one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old distempered surfaces of wall by washing rubbing down and stopping of old distempered surface of wall including cornices etc and also correction layer of wall putty as required for levelling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (Oil emulsion any tint) using mech means and rollers only on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto complete all as per item No-3 here in before but one coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemper and painted surfaces & applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a thin layer of wall care putty using mech means and rollers only complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood or wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered decorated surface of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint using mech means and rollers only at any ht of any colour complete all as specified and directed including cleaning of vegetation on roof or side gable wall thrown in low line area with in MoD land upto 500 m lead etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto complete all as per item No-08 here in before but applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys in scrubbing down and washing with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick (using old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cment mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick work in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm high with thick paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass up to 9.50 m height (any thickness size, quality or description) from steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty upto 9.50M height in steel shutter in square n.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane or any steel frame including glazing clips, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 23 but 5.5mm thick glass complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling incl mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for virified ceramic tile 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles (colour & shade as approved by GE) of size 300 x 450mmx 7-8mm thick in verticle surfaces as in skirting and dado set and jointing neat cement slurry, over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed, in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium door repair of any size not more than 3.00 Sqm (aprox) or as per existing glass door/approved including taking out glazed shutter from frames and refixing in the same opening after servicing/replacement of broken pivots, floor spring rubber band and locking arrangement etc making good to obtain smooth opening and closing. All adjustment to make the functional . Note :- Aluminium members shall only be paid for seperately under respective items) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials where directed complete all as specified or directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) 40mm thick as in flooring finished cement conc surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface in comoflauge pattern in three or more colour on roof top incl necessary safty items for labour of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed
