Demolition of brick work as in walls/parapet walls removing grass fungus weed, roots of trees completely, grown on roof/wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor paving n. exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wroght iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in Concrete, brick work, masonry, etc.(wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 cum in any type of soil, getting out, returning filling in watering and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation filling and mass concrete etc surrounding posts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F concertina coil 600 mm dia/56 Loops/2.5 mm core wire. coil diameter : 600 mm. Type of Strip: heavy galvanized (IS 1730) type of core wire : heavy galvanized (IS 280-2006) core wire diameter : 2.50mm dia zinc coating to strip : Minimum 200 GSM/Sq mm, Zinc coating on wire : minimum 275 GSM/Sq mm (IS 6745-1972 reaffirmed 2006). S&F mild steel work as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, welding etc., and similar work conforming to Fe- 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild wire, stable or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of steel and iron surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bolt machine made with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square but length of bolt exc 5 cms but not exceeding 10cm long dia shall be of 5 to 10mm dia complete all as specified and directed

M&L mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (Annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified conforming to Gde E-250 or Gde E 165 complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel framed work such as guard bars/grills,grating etc with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes and similar works including one shop coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel gate sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, runing rails and guides ) and hanging also fastning and fixing (steel confirming to FE-290 ( Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cm (1:4) for fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 1,16,525.00 to be deducted during AOC.
