M&L for chequred cement concrete tile with grey cement and pigment 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 15 mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes,complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any thickness at any position and any description complete all as specified.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick as in sub base complete all as directed and specified
