M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work using old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

M&L broken stone hard core of gauge n exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick watered and rolled/ rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type E-2 (1:5:10) (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1 : 3 : 6) type C2, 75 mm thick ( by using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for plinth pretection finishing even and smooth without using extra cement with necessary expension joints at every three metre or change of directiion complete all as specified & directed.
