Maintenance of various Sports Complexes/Golf Courses (A/R and M/O of the works at Siri Fort Sports Complex for the year 2026-27).

Providing and applying a high-performance comprehensive micro-fibre reinforced acrylic roof waterproofing treatment on the existing Space Frame (Pyramidal/Sloped) roof surface using the Sika or equivalent or better system, including surface preparation, joint sealing, priming, and multi-coat application to achieve a seamless, highly flexible, and UV-resistant finish. The work shall be executed as per the manufacturer's technical specifications & as per direction of Engineer in charge and includes the following steps: Surface Preparation: Cleaning the substrate mechanically to remove all dust, loose friable material, oil, and cement laitance to achieve a sound surface. Joint & Crack Sealing for Grid &Valley Treatment: Sealing connection joints, drain spouts, corners etc elements using Sikaflex®-127 or equivalent or better, a single-component, moisture-curing hybrid polyurethane sealant. Flashing & Repair Tape: Applying Sika® Multi Seal AP or equivalent or better, a self-adhesive, rubber-modified bituminous sealing tape with aluminum foil, over broken roof, leaking gutters, or ductwork. The points where longitudinal and transverse valleys intersect (the "Plus +" Junctions) are critical where required. Primer Coat: Applying Sikalastic®-11 W Primer or equivalent or better, a two-component water-based epoxy primer, applied by brush, roller, or squeegee at a consumption rate of 0.15 to 0.25 kg/sqm to stabilize the substrate and promote adhesion. Base Coat: Applying the first coat of Sikalastic®-520 Cool Coat Fibers IN or equivalent or better (acrylic polymer dispersion with micro-fibers) at a consumption rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using a short pile roller, brush, or airless spray. Top Coat: Applying the second coat of Sikalastic®-520 Cool Coat Fibers IN or equivalent or better at a consumption rate of 0.75 kg/sqm after the required inter-coat waiting time of approximately 6 to 8 hours. Finish: The final surface should be seamless, uniform white (or specified color), with no pinholes or bubbles and a minimum dry film thickness (DFT) of 1000 microns. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of all scaffolding, safety arrangements for working at height and slope , and applying material on sloped/vertical surfaces, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
