GI Bend of suitable size complete etc as required. Agency shall supply and install all related material such as Nipple, Nuts/Bolts, etc. including threading for connection of pipes/bends etc as required at site complete in all respect for site suitability. Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning of Air cooled diesel engine pump set with base frame and two wheels trolley equivalent to Kirloskar make SP6LA having suction and discharge of size 6inch dia. Capable of solid handling size 34mm(minimum) pump diesel alternator 20 BHP. The discharge capacity should be minimum 66litres per second at a head of 10 metres. The item also includes a base frame of MS C-section of min. size 125x65x6 mm and connecting angles and other support structures of min. size 50x50x6 mm with min. 8inch wheel(02Nos.) with heavy duty ball bearing capable of handling the required weight. The DG pump should have facility to turn "ON" and "OFF" by push button /control switch/key operated with the help of battery and control wiring. The complete set should be installed from OEM and should not be outside fitted.

SITC of GI Fabricated IP 65 outdoor type cubicle pattern control panel with 7 tank process suitable for operation of 2 nos pump upto 7.5 kw as per item No. 1&2 and consisting of following items: 01 No. 32 Amp TPMCB ,1 No. Digital Voltmeter (0-500 Volt) , 01 No. Ammeter(0-50A) DIgital, 01 Set phase indicating LED lamps 01 No. Auto Manual switch . Each outgoing consisting for 2 nos pumps as under 1No. DOL starters with over load relay, 1 No. Single phase preventor cum reverse rotation , 1 No. Dry run protection. Pump No. 1 & 2 shall start/stop automatically & alternatively. Each Pump shall start/stop automatically at pre-set levels and work alternatively in cyclic operation as per defined interval. In case of emergency due to high volume flow of incoming water all pumps shall start operating simultaneously in manual mode if required. Base frame should be fixed with Cement Concrete(CC) in ground(Minimum depth 50 cm) with four legs of MS angles size 50*50*6mm and same angle size frame over the top of 4 legs to install the control panel. The angle frame should compatible/same size as the base of control panel including addition support at the bottom of panel if required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Submersible Pump Set for water supply having Noryll/S.S. Impeller Stainless Steel shaft with non return valve coupled with 1.5HP Submersible Motor with water proof insulation to run on 415V, 50Hz , 3Phase AC supply capable of delivering 50LPM at the head of 26Mtrs having delivery size of 32mm minimum for installation in underground tank complete as required. (Make: Kirloskar., model KU4-0318 OR equivalent model from preffered make).

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of dual plated cast iron Non-Return Valve, PN 1.6(Pressure class 16) of following sizes confirming to relevant standards complete with rubber gasket, Gl bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying , lowering and fixing of following dia GI Pipe (Heavy - C class)ISI marked into borewell/ sump well as pump delivery line i/c providing and fixing flanges , gaskets etc. on delivery pipings of suitable lengths complete as per site requirement.

Supplying, laying and fixing following dia G.I. pipe (Heavy - C class) ISI marked in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (30 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Supply and fixing of flexible HDPE pipe of size 150mm dia capable of connecting with the outlet of diesel engine pump outlet including fixing of HDPE pipe on both ends with suitable size flange including nipple with the help of MS clamp, Nuts and Bolts, etc. complete in all respect to connect with another flange / pipe as required at site.

Supply, fixing and laying of flexible HDPE pipe of size 50mm dia with HDPE Nipple / Socket, MS clamp, Nuts and Bolts, etc. including in ground trenching (30 cm deep)and re-filling, etc. complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
