Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate having physical requirement as per table 400-8 and of specific sizes as per table 400-9 to Water Bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with vibratory roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening and binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering (with water browser) and rolling, making necessary earthen bund to protect edges, lighting, guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. [MoRTH specification : Clause 404 & 112 By Manual Means Grading- III (Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel) Using Screening Type-B (11.2mm Agg.)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base(WBM/WMM) including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MoRTH Specification Clause 503.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500-7 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site with all leads laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH Specification Clause 504. Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using Viscosity grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 510. Bitumen (VG-30)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type A, Type B and Type C as per MoRTH Specification Clause 511 Bitumen (VG-30)

Marking Centre Line and stop lines etc. on road as per IRC pattern with thermoplastic paint of approved quality and make with 8% glass beads laid on the road surface at temperature 160" C with a special applicator machine complete with a special applicator machine complete with labour material and traffic diversion arrangements.

Construction of foundation/Inaugration pedstal in 23 cm thick brick masonary in CM 1:4 of size 1.20 m x1.80 m above ground level with 0.30m deep foundation in 34.5 cm thick brick masonry and 0.10m thick PCC 1:3:6 including providing and fixing granite stone of sizr 0.75mx0.60m with engraving letters and figures, 20mm cement plaster in CM 1:4, white washing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge
