REPAIR/REPLACEMENT TO ROOF SHEET, FLOORING, PLASTERING, BRICKWORK, CHAJJA, JOINERY WK AND OTHER MISC B/R ITEMS IN VARIOUS MD ACCN AND MISC UNITS IN AOR OF AGE LEKHANAGAR AREA UNDER GE NASHIK ROAD CAMP

Taking down carefully existing bituminious membrane/tarfelt treatment of any description and cleaning and making good minor damaged surfaces of roof, parapet, facia etc in CM 1:3/PCC 1:2:4 as directed and removing rubbish out of defence land.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and romoving the debris out of MOD Land.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs, padding concrete or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick (minimum) in CM 1:4 with intergral waterproofing compound (200ml per bag of cement used) on roof surfaces, parapets, facias etc. Note: Waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately. Quoted rate to be inclusive for hacking over roof, parapet, facia surfaces for proper bonding of plaster/PCC.

M&L for waterproofing on roof including flashing and junctions of parapet,kerb,wall etc as undere-: (a) Laying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighing not less than 3.60kg/sqm prefabricated fire layer waterproofing membrane reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160gms/sqm) shall be applied over compatible primer (oil based) at 0.40 litre/sqm of density at 25 degree centigrade 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker, application of APP modified membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 150mm on the transverse direction and 100mm on the longitudinal direction. (b) APP membrane, Primer and bitumastic aluminium paint shall be of same brand. (c) For vertical surfaces of parapet, wall etc. APP membrane shall be tucked into groove and sealed with silicon sealant (full width/depth of groove) i.e. "Dowsil 789 weatherproof silicon sealant" using gun. (d) Bitumen and aluminium paint shall be paid separately. (e) Alternative water arrangements (water tankers) shall be done while disconnecting tank, repairing GI pipe line to avoid any water shortage to the users. contractors quoted rate deems to be inclusive of the said provision. Note.The contractor should submit performance warranty for minimum 10 years from certified date of completion.

Supply only intergral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of solar reflective bitumastic aluminium paint at the rate 0.10kg/sqm per coat over exposed APP membrane srfaces including cleaning of surfaces to the entire satisfaction of ground executives.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 litre n exc 1000 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc. from the mouth of circulating pipes etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 litre n exc 500 litre, setting aside (or lowering if required) cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc. from the mouth of circulating pipes etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 Ltrs but n. exc 1000 ltrs and removing to from site or to store complete all as specified and directed.
