First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level. (HSR 11.9)

Terracing consisting of tiles 22.86cm x 11.43cm x 3.81cm, laid over 87.50mm mud filling on a layer of 25mm mud plaster and another layer of mud mortar for laying the tiles, including two coats of bitumen laid hot at 1.65 Kg per Sqm on top of R.C.C. slab including grouting with cement sand mortar 1:3 and top surface to be left clean etc. (HSR 13.13)

Providing & fixing Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600mm of approved make in skirting/ dado laid in any pattern as specified over base of 12mm thick cement coarse sand mortar 1:3 and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade to tiles. Note: - Tile shall be premium quality (1st quality) of reputed manufacturer like NITCO, KAJARIA & RAK. (HSR 14.90) Note:- The Agency to whom the work is allotted will have to produce original bill/voucher for all quantity in token of proof of purchase of material.

Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete. (HSR 16.1)

(Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge) (HSR 16.3)

Applying priming coat with metal primer on New steel or iron work including preparation of surface. (Note:- First quality paint/primer of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready-mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on new steel or iron work. (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge). Factory manufactured panelled and glazed door shutters of commercial hard wood, such as hollock, champ, chikrassy and chaplash, etc (Non coniferous timber other than teak confirming to IS specification No. 1003, Kiln seasoned), with 100mm wide verticle styles, 150mm wide lock rail, 200mm wide bottom rail and 100mm wide other rails, with panels of 12mm thick commercial veneered both sides particle board or plywood of BWR grade, hot pressed, including cost of iron hings, screws, chocks/cleats, stops and nails etc, complete fixed in position (excluding the cost of any fittings, other than specified above but including labour for fixing the same in position. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS:1732.Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

Recoverable items

Recovery items: Bidders have to quote rates for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rate quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted white calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of structure have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can used in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) on approval from emplouer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. The reserve price is as under: - (a) Bricks @ Rs.3000/- per 1000/-
