Milling of distress bituminous layer upto 40mm depth in a single pass with suitable milling machine (capable of milling @200-300 sqm area per Hr.) fitted with loading conveyor for loading the milled material directly on the trucks i/c hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant of reclaiming to bring to required specification to reuse with the approval of Engineer-in-Charge for safe disposal with all leads and lifts complete in all respect. Note I:- The unutilized quantity of reclaimed bituminous mix material shall be a recovery item as mention in BOQ item No.18.

Dismantling Brick Work, Tile masonry or tile lining and tile terracing (HSR 8.5 (i)) dry brick work

Earth work excavation in ordinary soil exclusive of compensation of earth , Kassi work undressed involving an average horizontal throw upto 2 Mtr , and an average vertical lift upto 0.5 Mtr. Including breaking of clods. Excavated earth may be reused on berms and disposed off surplus earth with all lead and lift including dressing complete in territorial as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge will be incidental to work and nothing will be paid. (NS)

Preparation of Sub grade , including trenching, rough dressing of spoil , final dressing of earth , to given levels and camber , watering, rolling with road roller , and compacting the bed (HSR 24.1) Note:- In widening portion sub grade will be prepared with the use of Baby roller (HSR 24.1) or width of excavation should be made sufficient wide to accommodate road roller. Extra width required for compaction of sub grade shall not be paid and its expenditure shall be in incidental to the work.

Providing & laying 150mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-I) 63 to 45mm gauge wearing coat to Water Bound Macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type 'B' compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications of road & bridges (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respect. (N.S.) Note: 1.Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/ natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PI). 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by the engineer.

Providing & laying 150 mm thick (Compacted) stone metal (G-II) 53mm to 22.4mm gauge wearing coat to water bound macadam in layer of 75mm each using screening type ‘B’ compacting with 3 wheeled steel roller/vibratory roller to achieve the desire density including lighting, guarding barricading and maintenance of diversion etc. as per clause No.404 of MoRT&H specifications for road & bridge (5th Revision) of 2013 as per drawing and design directed by the Engineer complete in all respects.(N.S.) Manufacturing, supplying and laying of precast cement concrete rectangular block (0.45 M x 0.30 M x 0.15 M ) M-30 grade using minimum cement concrete 320 Kg/ per cum with digital batching plant duly compacted with table vibration including setting in position over bed prepared with 25mm thick fine sand and filling up the joints with fine sand (NS).

Providing and laying 80mm thick ISI marked interlocking paver blocks conforming IS code: 15658:2006/ IRC:SP-63-2004 of all shapes and colours in design mix cement M-40 over a bed of 30 mm thick fine sand complete in all respects. [HSR 10.159]

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of souls, not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and side of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15cm layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 meters (HSR 6.6

Fe-500 EQR TMT steel bars for RCC works, where not included in the complete rate of RCC including bending, binding and placing in position complete. (N.S.) Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in legth including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. From the length so measured, the weight of reinforcement shall be calculated in tones on the basis of IS:1732. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for biding and placing, shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.

Providing and fixing public information board consisting of 75 mm GI pipe of size 2.45 mtr X 1.15 mtr X 900 mm GI sheet 16 gaze connected / welded with 5mm thick steel plate of 50mm duly panted as per column mentioned in the drawing and fixing at sight in 60X 60X75 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect (NS)

Providing and installing shoulder mounted directional singages of various sizes using non-metallic micro prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC:67- 2012 type IV,HIP specification fixed on 3 mm thick Aluninium composite Panels as base board with pressure-Sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminium on both sides supported on single or two nos. Mild steel pipe post 80mm NB medium class 4 mm thick embedded in M-20 Grade concrete foundation of size (450 mm X450mm X600mm) /(600 mmX 600mmX600mm) complete as per drawings technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Size 1200 X 900mm

Recovery items: The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Material obtained from dismantling of existing brick work, bituminous layer and granular layers have been calculated taking assumption that 80% of theoretical material will be retrieved. The dismantled material can use in any of the item for the work after modification (bringing it to required specifications) after approval from employer. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material. This material can be taken away by the agency at the price quoted by the agency but minimum price to be quoted is limited to reserve price as fixed and mentioned as under :- (i) Bituminous mix material @1335/-P.Cum

Good Bricks @ 4.50 Per Each

Brick Bats @ Rs.400/-P.Cum. Note: All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this road. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.
