Dismantling/taking out of existing roof treatment in roofs, any thickness including plastering, concrete padding including brick tiles or terracing tiles (Brick tiles shall be dismantled along with mud phuska) (whether full thickness removed or part there of) any description on horizontal and vertical surface and removing spoil / rubbish out side of MD land, complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:- The surface shall be wire brushed and clean to receive the PCC padding.

M&L for cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as levelling course in roof tops for roof treatment etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces / slabs finished even and smooth without using extra cement with admixture of integral water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement to receive water proofing treatment, complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid seperately

Supply only approved integral water proofing compound (Powder) ISI marked, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Applying evenly 0.30 ltr per Sqm of bituminous primer over plastered suraces of Roof, complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F polymeric water proofing membrane consisting of 90-100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and minimum weight 3 Kg/Sqm, laid with 100 mm side lap and end lap over hot bitumen on prepared surface, all as per manufacturer's instructions and under supervision of manufacturer's technical representative, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar in CM 1:4 with using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separatly)

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on Brick / concrete surfaces as in walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing water proofing compound @3% by wt of cement, complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separatly

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubes and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, bore of pipe 15mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair gun metal globe or gate valve of size 20 mm dia with iron wheel head screwed both ends and for iron pipe & fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes and fittings, salt glazed ware, AC, PVC or RCC, internal dia of pipe 100/110 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cuting "V" grooves in brickwalls / stone masonry / RCC 75mm wide and 20-30mm deep and filling with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with WPC on vertical surfaces as directed for fixing the edges of water proofing membrane complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/boulders masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size, straight on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
