Supply, Erection and Commissioning of single Girder type 5 TON E.O.T. Crane tested to 25% overload as per IS: 3177 & IS: 807 Complete with bi-rail type Electric Wire Rope Hoist confirming to IS: 3938, (03 No. at Pump House MD1 to MD-3, 01 No. at each Pump House)having technical parameters as under. Capacity : 5.0 metric Ton (5,000 Kgs.) Span of crane : As per site requirement. Bridge Construction : Single-Girder type construction consisting of R.S. Joist of adequate strength suitable for 5 Ton capacity crane complete with M.s. Square bar 50 mm welded to top flange of the beam (Girder) Height of lift : 7.0 meters / 8.0 mtr (Approximate) standard lift as per site requirement Duty : Class- II (indoor/Outdoor type) duty. Electric Motors : Crane Duty, TEFC squirrel cage induction motor as per IS: 325, S-4 rating suitable for 150 starts per hours with Class- F insulation and IP: 55 protection, operating on A.C. 3- Phase, 50 Hz main power supply at 415 Volts (+/- 10%) of Bharat Bijlee/SIEMEMS/ABB/CGL make. i)Hosting Motors:7.50 HP/4-Pole ii)Cross Travel Motor: 5.0 HP/4-Pole iii)Long travel Motor: 5.0 HP/4-Pole X 2 (Double Drive) Operating Speeds : Hosting Motors: 6 Meters: per minute ii)Cross Travel Motor: 12.0 Meters: per minute iii)Long travel Motor: 12.0 Meters: per minute Brakes : All motors of the crane shall be coupled to failsafe, A.C. electromagnetic Drum/Disc-type Brakes designed to be declutched as soon as power supply is cut/switched off. Gears : All gears shall be of helical-type precision machine hobbled from tested quality alloy steel dully housed in a totally enclosed dust & vermin proof oil-bath lubricated gear boxes. Wire Rope : Tested quality, un galvanized steel wire rope of 6x36 or 6x37 construction with fiber/hemp core as per IS 2266 of Usha MARTIN make (size 16 mm/4-falls) shall be used. Controls : From ground level through a plastic bided pendant controller suspended from the hoist having control Voltage of 110- Volts. For safety of the operator complete with (Mains) On/Off push-buttons. Other Safety features : Contractors & overload Relay shall be of Siemens/BCH make, Electrical terminals of tecnoplast/Phenix/Elemax to prevent over hoisting/lowering of the hook block beyond operating limit two way shunt lever type limit switch shall be provided for long travel movement . Finally, a C-series MCB of MG/Hager make shall be provided for mains incoming supply beside individual fuse protection for all motors. Trailing Cables : Trailing cable/Festooning system, consisting of PVC insulated copper cables complete with cable Carrier trolleys running on the section of ISLT: 50 designations.

Supply and Installation of extension gantry rail/ girder for movement of EOT in Horizontal Transmission (HT) as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing by making required length as per site of MS cross girder (ISMB) of size suitable for 5 Ton capacity crane for CT Movement of 05 Ton EOT both end of ISMB shall be fixed with gantry rail/girder for moment of EOT in Horizontal Transmission (HT) nut/bolts/washer etc fitting with ISMB member. Including Material & Labour for applying primer coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including prepration of surface and Material & Labour for painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint. (Epoxy paint) . for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work. (Complete in all respect) Make Tata/Jindal/Sail (3 No. at PH MD-1 to MD-3= 01 No. at each PH).

Providing,fitting & Fabrication including welding work of safety grating jal, trash rack fixing in bay of pumps inside/outside pump house in different dimensions as per site requirement and as directed by concern Engineer-In-charge with material fabricated with MS Channel 150x75x5mm/100x50x5mm/ 75x40x5 etc MS flat 75x8 mm/50x6mm/32x5mm etc. MS Angle 75x75x8mm/ 50x50x5mm/40x40x5mm, MS Chaquered sheet thickness 8 mm etc. Make:- Tata/ Jindal/ Sail/Vaizag including mason work, painting etc. at pump houase MD system
