Repairment/Renovation of Khankah Ameer Kabir at Namblabal Pampore (civil part )

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:Rate for a lead upto 1 meter from cutting edge All kinds of soil :

Providing & Laying of stone soling (dully hand packed) including watering dressing and ramming with all carriages loading un-loading and stacking etc complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering incld. Strutting, proping etc & removal of form work for Founadtions, footings, bases of columns for mass concrete.

Providing and laying chisel dressed Devri Stone of size 300x200 mm face with 150 mm depth in cement mortar 1: 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing.One face dressed Rough chisel dressed

Stone tile work (Devri stone machine cut) for wall lining upto 10m height with special chemical / adhesive like araldite or equlvalent over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including pointing in white cement with an admixture of pigment to match the stone shade 20mm - 25mm thick, with all beadings carriage etc complete.

Engagement of labours for Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared. Quantities are anticipated and to be paid as per actual certified by AEE.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth in required thickness as per directions of officer in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure or/and good earth to be paid separately)
