INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Supply and fixing MCB single pole 240 Volts, capacity 2.5-32 Amps 50 Hz, 10 KA 'C' serires complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole & neutral 240 volts, capacity 6 to 32 Amps, 50 Hz, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC lamp holder including energy efficient 9 Watt LED bulb, B22 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 1x9W/1x10W bulk head luminaires complete set including LED lamp, LED light driver holder etc and other items and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting mirror type with high out put diffuser 2 feet, 08 Watt / 10 Watt 220 V AC decorative type with driver holder including LED lamp including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing new generation energy saving 35 Watt LED building security light IP-66, luminiaries with long life versatile pressure die-cast aluminium, housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embeded PC cover road way luminaire complete with LED light & all accessories, connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI pipe bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia, bent to shape, 1.5 mtr long, MS clamps made out of MS flat iron 32x5mm with nuts & bolts, washers complete including dismantling the existing GI pipe bracket and drilling of holes for nuts & bolts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan 300 mm sweep, AC 230 Volts, 50 Hz, heavy duty, single phase with louvers bolts, nuts and washers, size of bolt 15cm long 12mm dia embeded in the wall including PVC flexible copper cable of size 23/0.0076 three core from ceilling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of making suitable opening in wall for fixing exhaust fan and making good the disturbed surface with the existing is deemed to be included in overall rate quoted.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS

Material & labour for RCC hume pipe septic tank to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, vent shaft, connection etc complete for 10 user each complete all as specified.

Construction of Soakage well in soft/loose soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed masonary with top ring of M-25 concrete incl intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick mansory in cement mortar, RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats, of size 1.2m dia x 3m effective depth complete all as specified and as shown on drawings

SECURITY WALL, FENCING AND GATE WORKS

Supply and fixing single layer GI concertina coil 900 mm dia, weight of each role not less than 12.0 Kg and length 8.0 mtr, laid over compound wall in between Y shape MS angle iron fencing and barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS

Taking down carefully existing transformer 11 KV, 160 KVA, step down, outdoor type, from PCC foundation and shifting to location inside DBN unit area all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including connecting to existing/ new connection complete and commissiong all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED street light fitting 72 Watt with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass having IP-66 degree portection, individual LEDs must have secondary lenses for better throw across and along the road, with system efficiency > 100 lumen/watt, colour rendering index (CRI) of > 70, corelated colour temperature CCT of 4000K appx (Warm White). The luminaire should have surge protection upto 5KV and have an additional surge protection of 10KV for driver, PF > 0.9 and TD < 10%, operating temperature range from 140 to 270V with the potted driver, the potted driver used shall be of constant voltage type and ISI marked as per BIS- 15885 Part-2 section 13 with efficiency > 85%. The make of driver shall be same as the make of luminaire fixture, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor shall submit LM 79 & LM 80 test report (from third party NABL lab only, in-house lab test report will not be considered) for the light fitting, from the manufacturer before supply of the material and submit to the department for approval). (ii) The manufacturer's LOGO shall be embossed into the housing of the fixture/fitting. (iii) Luminaire shall comply with all parametres as per the above description.

Supply and fixing junction box polycarbonate with glass fibre, reinforced, environment friendly recyclable, UV resistant halogen and silicon free anit acid and anti corrosive IP 66/67 in accordance with IE rules internally embedded gasket, juction box including 3 Phase 415V TPN aluminium bus bar one No MCB SP 6A 10KA to control the street light including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts to fix the juction box with poles all as speicified & as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC insulated unsheathed three core and PVC round sheathed multicore flexible copper cable for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volt, size 0.75 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for street light brackets made of GI tubing light grade, 40mm bore, 1.2 mtr long, bent to shape, suitable for fixing of street light fittings, fixed along the pole with necessary clamps, nut, bolts etc all as directed.

Supply and fixing of high intensity, energy saving long range multi functional auto- switch LED search light of beam range not less than 500 metres, 2x200 Watt LED lights, narrow beam 8 degree, die cast LM6 housing with heat sink round body with air fins, powder coated with average lux level at 10 metre - 4000 lumen (approx) with circle of approx 1 metre, IP-66, conforming to LM 79 & LM 80 report. The search light will be installed on the disc of the revolving mechanism with suitable motor gear unit and designed to rotate 360 degree continously in horizontal plane with speed controlled of 1-10 Amp with RF buttons with in built push to tilting option upto 45 degree including a wall mounted wired control panel with earthing terminal and PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing energy efficient LED flood light fitting 120W with pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass having IP-66 degree protection, individual LEDs must have secondary lenses for better throw across and along the road, with system efficiency > 100 lumen/watt, colour rendering index (CRI) of > 70, corelated colour temperature (CCT) of 5400K appx (Cool White). The luminaire should have surge protection upto 5KV and have an additional surge protection of 10KV for driver, PF > 0.9 and TD < 10%, operating temperature range from 140 to 270V with the potted driver, the potted driver used shall be constant voltage type and ISI marked all as per BIS- 15885 Part-2, section 13 with efficiency > 85%. Supply and fix junction box of size 345 x 480 x 210 mm hot press moulded SMC type, enviornment friendly recyclable UV resistant, silicon free anti acid and anti corrosive IP- 66/67 in accordance with IE rules internal embedded gasket and provision for 01 x SPN MCB 16A & 03 x SP MCB 2.5A, 10 KA breaking capacity, 02 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25 x 3 mm fixed to the street light pole or wall including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB single pole 5 Amps to 30 Amps, B series complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY WORKS

Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 600 x 600 x 600mm (internal size) with mild steel sheet cover 6mm thick and MS frame of angle iron of size 40x40x 6mm duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work,150mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 as in foundation,brick work in cement mortar (1:6), locking arrangement, and all inner sides of pit shall be plastered 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) and coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 over brick wall complete all as shown in Drg No CEJZ/TD-1060/08 Sh 1/3 to 3/3.

HOT WATER SUPPLY

Supply, installation and testing water heater storage vertical type single phase 230 Volt 25 ltrs capacity, Min 3 Star rating, with heating element, thermostat, presure safety valve etc complete all as directed Engr-in-Chrage.

Supply and grouting 4 Nos nut & bolts 90 mm long 12mm on wall for fixing one Geyser and fixing by clamp complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

SUMMER APPLIANCES WORKS

Supply and fixing desert electric cooler electric driven (single phase) having nominal air flow capacity of 5000 cum per hour 1500 RPM 230 Volt made of CRCA sheet 220 SWG and size not less than height 90 cm, 78 x 78cm suface area from top and bottom, front grill size 62cm x 54cm including Tullu pump, 4 Nos Piano type switch on front sheet inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat synthetic enamel paint and punching of make and Ser No. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing PVC float valve assembly 15mm complete with PVC ball etc all as specified.

STNADBY DG SET WORKS

Supply, install, commissioning and testing complete diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 25 KVA or next higher capacity available/ manufactured, water cooled, 415 volts (AC 3 Phase, 4 wire system of supply) 50 Hz at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of a diesel engine coupled directly to alternator or as recommended by the manufacturer on a common base frame and thereafter installed in the CPCB-II apporved accoustic enclosure. (The complete set conforming to and test certificates as per CPCB norms and as specified) all as specified complete with AMF control panel standarized by maufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet, return oil arrangement, flexible exhaust pipe complete and shall comprise the following:- (a) Engine (primer mover) : Diesel engine 1500 RPM of suitable is recommended by manufacturer but not less than 203 BHP Turbo charged water cooled otherwise as applicable to the model mentioned) 12 volts electric battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturing pracitce including suitable engine control panel/ dash board with electronic techometer, lub oil temperature & pressure gauges water temp gauge and battery charging gauge including safety automatic shut down in case of fault detection such as high water temperature low librication of pressure, over speed and also including self starter alternator for charging of batteries cogged V, belt, fuel tank (minimum 12 hrs capacity of consumption) with first fill of lub oil and coolant (as applicable) etc. (b) Alternator AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 Volts, 4 wire rated line current output 25 KVA (20 KW) PP 0.8, 1500 RPM, insulation class enclosure/ SPDP self excited, self regulated brushes, complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine.

(c) Anti vibration pads for mounting engine alternator assembly on the base frame/ plate or as recommended/ provided by the manufacturer. (d) Base plate: Made out of structural steel as per manufactuer's recommended design and specifications. (e) Acoustic enclosure:- Provision of an integral type approved/ certified acoustic enclosure (Make of enclosure shall be as per CPCB for the DG sets to restrict the noise level to 75 dba at one metre. It shall be made of 2mm thick CRCA/MS sheet with powder coated finish on outside and provided with non igniting fire resistance/ retardant foam as acoustic material and provided openable and lockable doors with air tight gasket, interior light arrangement 02 Nos 20 watt LED with ON/ OFF switch to meet latest emission norm. The base frame shall be of ISMC. It shall also include the following:- (i) Silencer: Absorption type non-resistance, resisdential and exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope lagging. (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper conductor cable IS-694 marked, FRLS in conduit and fluorescent lamp fittings. (iii) Fuel tank of 12 hours capacity but not less than made of 14 SWG CRCA/ MS sheet duly powder coated and provided with float, gauge and fuel float switch. (f) One No 12V x 88AH 25 plates Maintenance free batteries complete with battery lead, provided one side copper thimble and complete fixing accessories. (g) Exhaust of DG Set shall be fitted with emission control devices as per latest CPCB norms and as specified. Also contractor shall submit test certificate of DG Set as per latest CPCB norms.
