Inspection, maintenance, carrying out and comprehensive maintenance of 400 KVA DG set and servicing of DG sets including Alternator, Non AMF/AMF panels of connected DG sets for routine check up including routine / preventive maintenance checks, checking up of engine and alternator for the smooth functioning and carryingout the checking of engine oil level , oil bath cleaner oil level, draining sediments from fuel tank, checking of pre cleaner dust pan, air cleaner restriction, coolant level, record oil pressure, checking / tightening of all bolts/ nuts of engine and alternator, checking of AVM pads, diaphram coupling, air piping, cleaning of oil bath air cleaner tray screen,check / adjust belts, checking battery volatge, water level and apply jelly on terminals, checking fan hub/ air blower hub and water pumps, cleaning of electrical connections with CTC solution, checking of safety controls, cleaning of cooling system, cleaning of engine and radiator assembly, cleaning of roof, floor of the DG set room complete all as specified.

Note: The Comprehensive maintenance includes carrying out preventive maintenance including replacing minor unserviceable / worn out spares to keep the DG set for trouble free functioning. The rate quoted is deemed to be including all the minor spares such as screws, clips,washers, distilled water, electrolyte, etc. All other spares will be measured and paid seperately as supply only under relevant items of this schedule, Contractor has to attend the break down at any time and place during the contract period. General maintenance is indicative only contractor has to carryout other necessary maintenance task also as required and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Break down to be attend and rectify within 3 hours of report failing which penality @ Rs. 1000/- per hour to be charged for delay.

Reassembly the engine after overhauling including commissioning testing complete. (a) Repair to cylinder head including fixing and testing complete. (b) Valve, valve seats and valve guide, cutting, grinding and polishing complete. (c) Reaming, grinding and fixing of small end bushing of connecting rod. (Note : All spare required for replacement shall be supplied under item here-in-after).

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed for foundation of stay, laying of cable etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for fly ash/burnt Bricks, sub class 'B' dry, well brunt bricks laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified.

M&L for sand filling in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Compacted /punned thickness of sand shall be considered for the payment.

M &L for demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for filling in road cuts/hard standing etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking up old serviceable/unserviceable UG cable from trench for replacement , repair and re-laying or re-routing of size 50 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with cross sectional area of the following size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade with cross sectional area of the following size 50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing for more than 5 mtr in length by trenchless, technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine, including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing bitumen us road/payment/footpath upto 0.75 mtr in depth, 0.45 mtr in width and getting out excavated material and making good the damaged portion after laying the pipe, returning filling in mass concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B2 upto top of the road all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :-(i) M&L for laying of pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

Cutting chases, pining in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc ; and cutting chases for concealed conduit wiring, etc and making good, cutting exceeding 10 cm but not exceeding 20 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

S & F GI tubing 40 mm dia light grade in protection of cable of difference dia laid in trench under road/foot path or fixed on pole with necessary clamps with bolts etc all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable distribution board of any size and any capacity . Note : (i) Old dismantled wiring and accessaries will be contractors property and credit will be charged against schedule of credit.

Supply and fixing sheet metal enclosure double metal door factory made TPN 415 volt 4 way suitable for fixing MCB as outgoing and MCCB TP 63 to 125 Amps 16 KA as main incoming duly painted all as specified in cat No. DBVTL004DD of L&T or equivallent including necessary electrical connection and flush in wall with necessary pcc works and make good the distrubed surface with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of MCCB 3 pole, capacity 125 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA, overload setting adjustable and short circuit setting fixed complete with necessary modifications in Panel Board for connection of MCCBs complete all as directed including disconnecting UNSV MCCBs Connecting and testing all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. Earthing pit locations shall be identified as per IS-3043 prior to start the work and make to be approved by GE. 2. Earthing system shall be designed so as to achieve test result less than 0.50 Ohms by making an arrangement of minimum 4 Electrodes By interconnecting with copper Strip to make a parallel connection to achieve the required ohmic value. 3. Copper strip to be extended upto the equipment and power room. It shall be routed in the side wall of the under ground ducts fixed with ceramic/porcelain/PVC spacers . 4. Ready made polymer chamber with cover of suitable size shall be provided directly. 5. Copper strip shall be of 32x6mm as directed above upto test point max upto 7.50mtr is included in quoted rate of earthing. 6. Authorized manufacturer gurranty certificate is mandatory for two years maintanance free with result shall remains below 0.50 Ohms.

M&L for spray painting to LT panel board complete from inner and outer side with one coat of synthetic enamel high glow paint Ist grade including preparation/cleaning of steel surfaces and welding work as required complete all as specified and directed including disconnection of supply from main comlete all as specified and directed. Supply, installation, commissioning and testing cubical out door feeder LT panel board of suitable size not less than 1800x1500x450mm, platform mounted, factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-54, CPRI Approved) double shutter front and back opening with locking arrangement complete supported on angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm thick frame work and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with powder coated paint to all steel surfaces over outside and inside complete including necessary PCC 1:2:4 foundation and necessary electrical connection of incomming and outgoing cable with necessary lugs complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The amount of Rs. 231144/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No. 128 & 129 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
