Dismantling of post or struts any type and any section including taking out embeded portaion of concrete and making good distrubed ground, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F mild steel work such as in angle iron, flat iron fillets etc for horn, fixing of barbed wire to RCC post, securing wire mesh etc. including all necessary cuttings, drilling, bolting or riveting etc and including 10mm MS bars as in tie bars fixed to fencing posts including necessary welding where required, as per site requirement and other similar works complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F round bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required incl cracking bending hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded aggregete as in foundation and mass concrete of fixing steel posts or other similar works complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F in repair galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with wsher and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm but not exc 22.50 cm long, diameter of neck n exc 12 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F 3mm dia PVC coated galvanised mild steel chain link fencing of mesh size 50x50mm fixed with straining bolts including line wire any mesh size and of any type, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, weight exceeding 2kg and not exceeding 3kg/sqm, complete all as specified & diredted by Engineer in Charge.

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks in CM 1:6, straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius, using old size bricks in foul conditions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dholpur stone with hammer dressed facework (with maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface not exc 20mm), about 40mm high, 75mm deep in straight courses, laid and jointed in cement and stone dust mortar 1:3, recess pointed (10mm x 20mm) with an admixture of white cement and Dholpur stone dust 1:1, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Granite (of any Type) work table rubbed and polished 20 mm thick machine cut,in steps, jams,pillars,window cills,cooking platforms and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in CM(1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to macth with shade of granite , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for Granite (of any Type) work table rubbed and polished 20 mm thick machine cut, vertical surface bedded & jointed and like laid and bedded over 15 mm thick cement mortar in CM(1:6) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to macth with shade of granite , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Rounding the edge of stone slabs one edge such as in steps, cooking platforms, and the other simmilar situation , complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and fair etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement base primer on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated in Fe-290 (Gde E165) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe 410 -W (GdeE- 250) quality complete.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/gates made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, nobs etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC. extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 42x50 mm (tolerance ± 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. Supply, and fixing 30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and jointed at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickenss. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x30 mm and 2 mm ( + 0.2 mm) wall thickness fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/ galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. M&L for precast cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 using 12.5mm grade aggregate set in CM 1:4 louvers and jallies 25mm thk (measured solid) incl all mouldings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Repairs to gates of any description and size including taking down and repairs to pintle hinges welding if required and bedding in briuck or concrete work and check for its movement align the shuter by means of hammering/ welding/ oiling, lifting the shuter by means of pully or crane by taking safety measures including replacement of pintle hinges, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm using high quality brush/hand roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
