Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE LT Cable insulated, PVC outer sheathed, galvanised steel strips armoured, heavy duty power cable with aluminium conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volts grade earthed system and conforming to IS : 7098 of 1995 and of size 4.0 core x 25Sqmm and laid in trenches/ducts/pipe or on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioning of copper chemical earthing as inrepair as per IS: 3043 with size 3 meter long, 50mm dia outer pipe of thickness 2mm filled with highly conducting metellic compounds in gel foam & both end sealed ,electrolytic copper earthing electrodes.The earth pits shall be filled with sufficient quantity ultra high conductive backfill compound with neccessary accessories like lockable pit cover etc complete as required as per standard practices and specification all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 and 40 mm thick pre -cast cover slab of RCC(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided.

Supply and fixing Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled, screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw & brezing all joints complet all as specified & directed

Taking down Air termination, single pointed, copper rod 12mm dia and 300mm long all as specified and as directed .

Taking down GI strip/ Copper strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground all as specified and as directed.

Taking down test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair mechanical piston assembly including seal and wiper and necessary oiling and servicing of the boom barrier installed at main guard room complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing submain wiring with PVC sheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade drawn through in and including PVC conduit medium grade of not less than 25 mm dia with conduit accessaries and on pole for 1.5 sqmm x 3core and complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for testing of GI strip type /copper chemical type earthing installed at site with the earth resistance machine and getting the desired output result of less than one ohm all as specified and as directed. Note :-a.The contractor has to arrange the earth resistance machine for the testing of earthing any type b. Cost of equipment, tools & plants & material required for getting the desired output result deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including using Copper strip 20×3mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth plate surrounded by packed layer of char coal dust and common salt, 15cm thick all around bottom and top and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel, wire mesh and 40 mm dia GI protection pipe light grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point, main switch board and testing on completion including excavation, earth work concrete pit with 80mm thick RCC cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with MS bars 8mm dia @ 150C/C both ways and pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with 2 Nos suitable lifting handles of 12mm MS bar complete all as specified.

Supply and installation in replecement of Hot dipped Octagonal galvanized iron pole 8 mtr height, with necessary Foundation RCC 1:1:5:3 with 8Nos.16 mm dia tor bar as main bars and 8mm dia.Tor bars strips@190mm c/c as this reinforcement shall confirm to IS : 1786 latest edition.The foundation shall extend above surroundings ground/drive way level for 200 mm and have DWC 63 mm dia,PVC sleeve cast foundation for cable entry,Excavation,RCC and reinforcement etc as per manufacturer recommendation and the cost of necessary foundation , steel bars , strip as per Manufacturer instructions .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and and not exceeding 1.5 m depth in loose/soft soil and getting out soil all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, with excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete as specified and directed.

M&L for boring/auguring suitable hole & insertion of pipe not less than 600 mm below existing PCC/road/hard standing complete all directed. Notes :- (a) Cost of equipment, tools & plants & material required for boring shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

Supply and filling river sand in trenches including spreading for cushioning of LT UG cable complete all as specified and as dirceted. Note : Punned down thickness shall be measured and paid .
