Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings (below or above ground level), n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) below or above the ground floor, not exc 15cm thickness (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) such as in cooking platform, chajja etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3, type A1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate, Nominal mix)) as in manhole cover slab etc ,including necessary form work, set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia and above cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), any description including removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid fully vitrified ceramic coloured stone finish tiles in floors etc, 10mm thick, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but n'exc 1.20 sqm (square/ rectangular) tiles, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tile colour/shade over and including 15mm thick screed bed layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item 07 above but as in Dado/skirting fixed over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4).

M&L for digital glazed ceramic tiles, coloured tiles 1200mm x 600mm x 9-10mm thick on vertical surfaces ie. as in skirting/dado etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed
