Excavation in foundation, trenches in earth work in all kinds of soil,such as pick work,jumper work.blasting work in hard rock and soft rock and in saturated soil etc. i/c all leads and lifts , stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear form the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinth, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

For new parallel proposed pipe in pick work.

Providing, laying, jointing & testing in trenches of Galvanized MSERW flanged pipes excluding cost of flanged bends of all degrees confirming to IS/ISO:3183-2007 Grade L210 or as per dimensions weight and test pressure mentioned below in a random length of 4.0 mtr-6 mtr,the MS flange are to bre provided one percent of total joints as per table below confirming to IS:6392-1971(latest up to date amendments) and welding of flanges withg pipes as per IS:81-1965 with aelectrode as per IS:814-1967 including required nos. and size of MS nuts & Bolts as per IS:1369-1967 and compresed as asbestos fibre jointing gasket sheet not less than 3 mm thick as per IS2712-1965 and 99% butt welded joints by considering minimum three layers .The welding of flange to be done on bothe face in two layers on outer face + one layer on inner face to make the joints leak proof & to the entire satifection of the Engineer-In-Charge.The Laying of pipe should be confirming to mIS:5822-1994(earth work in trenches MS flange and butt welded joint to be measured and paid for searetely).The pipe shall have zinc coating as per IS:4736 in factory latest with up to date amendments.

Providing ,fixing and welding of MS flanges at suitable point ,conforming following table as per 6392-1971( Latest with upto date ammendments ) with palin end MSERW pipe in requiste Nos of layers on both faces to make the joint leakproof (the cost of providing & laying of MSERW pipe to be measured and paid for separetly)complete in all respect and as per diection of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing circumferential butt welded joints by electric arc welding to MSERW pipe,welded in requsite No of weld runs so as to achieve the minimum effective throat thickness of weld confirming to IS:816-1969 specifications by using welding electrode.
