M &L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles area of each tile exc. 18 sqm but n.exc. 38 sqm 7mm to 8mm mm thick as in floor finishes set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) incl skirting all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) on vertical surfaces of of size 450x350x7mm/350x250x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on bricks, PCC block or stone walls, etc. Including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth mixed with water proofing compound

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates for filling in the pressed steel door frame/hold fast complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for apply bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kgs/ Sqm on prepared surface on sunny day. After the primed surface has dried and apply a coat of hot blown 85/25 penetration grade blown bitumen, conforming to IS -702@ 1.20kg/ Sqm on the surfaces. Provide APP (Atactiic Polypropylene) modified polymeric five layered membrane with central core of 100 micron high molecular high density firm. Minimum weight of membrance will be 3 kg/Sqm. APP membrance will be laid across the slope from lowest line sloping roof towards ridge with minimum end lap of 150 mm & side lap of 75mm bonded with hot blown bitumen. Over the APP membrance apply semi hot blown 85/25 penetration grade bitumen @ 1.20kg/ Sqm and blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 kg/Sqm dusted over the bitumen coat. Note :- The laying of the membrane shall be got done by authorized applicator of the membrane manufacturer.

Demolition of Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(Note) before laying of lime concrete contractor shall carried out at least 8hrs pounding test for any leakage in each sunken and joints of trap/WC/soil shall be properly sealed with sealing compound of roofer/forre/FOSROC and provn of P @ S Trap @ nahani/trap/floor trap with lonf arm with spout 40mm all as specified.

M&L for preparation and brooming down of old decorated plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls including cornice etc and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.
