The road crossings of power cable through trenchless boring. Trenchless horizontal boring using Manual/ Machine Moling technique at 0.75 metre below the ground level for following size pipes, including survey of under ground utilities, excavation of pits, moling with the hole size not exceeding 20% of the pipe dia, backfilling, compaction and restoration of the pits to original condition etc. as required. The rates for moling, as indicated are inclusive of excavation of pits, backfilling, compaction and restoration of the pits to original condition. Any damages occurred to other utilities during the Moling operation shall be immediately notified and rectified by the contractor without any cost implication to the Department. The length of the Hole (excluding the sizes of the pits on both ends) shall be considered for the measurement of Moling length. Supplying, installation testing, and commissioning 100 W highbay LED luminaire, complete with driver, LEDs with optical lenses, toughened glass cover, mounting bracket, and pressure-die-cast aluminium alloy housing, including installation of luminaire on the ceiling, including connections, earthing, providing fixing fasteners, etc., as required. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of 140 lumens per watt, ingress protection of IP66, and a mechanical impact resistance rating of IK >= 7. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140–270 V, surge protection of ≥ 10 KV, and a PF of > 0.9. The fixture shall be designed for a system life of 50,000 hours at 70% lumen maintenance. LM 79 and LM 80 reports need to be submitted from a NABL or UL-accredited lab to verify the above parameters.
