NIT 33 .2Work of Repair and Maintenance of Tube Wells , Pipelines, Pump Houses (PHs), and Monoblock Pumps under Various JJY Schemes of Section Kalwad under Su b-Division Jhotwara (Rural), Jaipur

Maintenance of pipe lines irrespective of size & material which includes repairing of bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection & recording minimum 10 Nos. residual chlorine samples during supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipe line network in existing distribution / rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and lose soil / hard soil including cutting of black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. this will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and upto ground level. For entire job contractor will be use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange de-watering if any and restore any aenity at his cost demaged while performing the work in this item. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network within scope of work. in case increase of pipe line length after award of O&M contract, additional proportionate payment can be done if minimum additional length of pipe line laid exceed 25 Kms. Minimum 2 persons (one fitter & one helper) for a unit 25 Kms pipeline to be deployed. Jointing material shall be provided by department.(total length 157.36KM for 36 Months ) Minimum labour for a following kms pipelines to be deployed 1 km to 50 km - one fitter-II & one Beldar 51 km to 100 km - one fitter-II & Two Beldar 101 km to 200 km - one fitter-II & Four Beldar 201km to 300 km - Three fitter-II & Six beldar 301 km to 400 km - Four fitter-II & Eight beldar 401 km to 500 km - Five fitter-II & Ten beldar

Daily/ periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month. (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor) 80-300mm (47x6=282Nos)

Maintenance of tubewells which includes round the clock monitoring of tubewells of all sizes, complete repairs / ewinding of submersible pump sets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log-books & Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per month. 8.0 HP to 10.0 HP(37 Nos@6=222)

Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor , maintenance of log-books as C4by Engineer-in-charge, general upkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc Upto 100 HP(5 Nos @6Month=30Months)
