CIVIL WORK OF ROOF SHEET FOR FACTORY

Supply & fixing of trapezoidal galvalume colour coated sheet having covered width of 1000mm (Total width -106 0mm) for roofing. Sheet be made from base metal 0.50mm thickness in steel of grade 345 as per ASTMA792 coated with alloy mass 150gm total both side with colour coating having complete dip treatment process with chromat conversion (cr+3)as main treatment followed by PV primer 5 micron on each surface 20 micron DFT on exposed surface (sheet shall be supported with manufacturer certificate) (only covered area will be measured for payment). Make- JSW. Work will include dismantling of old sheeting, shifting it in scrap yard and cleaning of roof.

Supply & Fixing of galvalume colour coated sheets in cladding /vertical sheet with necessary self drilling screw/ hooks including cost of screw/hooks. Supply of rain water gutter of same material made from colour coated sheet 0.50 mm thick and its fixing with all necessary jointing material inclusive cost of screw, bolts, nuts and washer etc. make- JSW. Work will include dismantling of old gutter including removing of bagasse and disposal of its scrap in scrap yard.

Supply and fixing of ridge plain/corner sheet ( barge board) 600 mm width of same material made from colour coated sheet 0.50 mm thick and its fixing with all necessary jointing material inclusive cost of screw, bolts, nut and washer etc. make- JSW. Work will include dismantling and disposal of its scrap in scrap yard.

Labour rate for Fabrication & erection of structure steel like M.S angel, tube, M.S channel etc. for column, rafter & purlins etc.

Jointing PVC pipe with rain water gutter including jointing material and labour for fixing of pipe from gutter to floor ( pipe will be supplied by mill)

Supply and fixing of 6mm thick ACC sheet of charminar make including fixing with hooks and washers complete for roof & cladding ( only covered area will be measured for payment). Work will including dismantling and disposal of its scrap in scrap yard.
