M&L for 8-10mm thick vitrified ceramic tiles light shade (600MMX1200MM ,Square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as above items above but as in vertical surface such as skirting, dados, steps etc and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and including screed plaster 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non-skid Coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square /Rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured in white or coloured cement to match with tile laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glazed ceramic White /coloured tiles, size 350x 250x 6-7 mm /450 mm X 300 mm, 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 15 mm thick in CM(1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) in any position including removing rubbish from site complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab (of size 550 x 550mm) flooring 18-22mm thick over and including 20mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete all as specified and as directed

M & L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick in riser of steps,skirting, dado & pillar over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.
