Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and Fixing of European Water closet with "P" or " S" Trap and with ISI mark. The cost is includs of double flapped PVC seat cover, PVC pipe 110mm dia and all internal fittings

Paving the Floor with Ceramic tiles of size 600x600x7mm includingcost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete, complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Paving the floor with Ceramic Scratch Proof Tiles in all floors over a base layer of C.M. 1:3 mix, 20mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.3Kg/Sqm including finishing neatly and curing, etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing of walls with colour glazed tiles of size 300x200x6 mm of best quality in all floors laid in C.M. 1:2mix 10mm thick and pointed with white Cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.4Kg/Sqm including finishing neatly and curing, etc., complete, complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering course over roof slab using 20mm brick jelly and lime concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20 x 20 x 2cm of approved quality laid in CM 1:3, 12mm thick. With water proofing compound confirming to IS by 2% by weight of cement used & the joint pointed neatly to full depth

Emulsion Colour washing two coats in all the floors including cost of Emulsion, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting two coats over new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
