Widening and Strengthening work of Mathura Vrindavan Road (MDR 123) in District Mathura

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m. As per MORT&H Specification No. 301 (3.6).

Construction of embankment/Patri with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2. as per MoRT&H clause 305 (3.16) & as directed by Engineer Incharge including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing, laying spreading & compacting of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded (Gr-1) materials from approved quarry, spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in placed method with Rotovator at OMC and compacting with in layers with smooth wheeled Vibratory Roller to achieve the desired density, complete and including all machinery charges & including all labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work. as directed by Engineer Incharge. As per MoRT&H clause 401(b).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate from approved quarry to wet mix macadam (WMM) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.50% emulsion in Uniform single layer on sub base/ subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve th desire density.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg./Sqm. on the prepared surface, cleaned with Mechanical broom, including all Taxes, Material, Labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100~120 TPH Batch type Hot Mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 507 Complete in all respects.

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates from approved quarry of specified grade premixed with bituminous binder VG-40 @ 5.40% of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth Wheeled vibratory & Tandom Rollars to acheive the desired compaction as per MORT&H Specifications clause 509 Complete in all respects.

Construction of M-40 grade cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm from approved quarry, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or Concrete paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing complete in all respects also including cost of material, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work as per direction of Engineer Incharge as per MoRT&H Specification no 602.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors.

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:2:4 (One part of Cement, Two Part of Coarse Sand and Four Part of 2cm Stone Grit) excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending and including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGI binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc. required to proper completion of the work/strength of the concrete shell not be less than M-15 grade.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. As per MORT&H Specification No. 14.2.

Laying of I shaped precast Interlocking tiles of thickness 100 mm (Rubber molded) (Compressive strength not less then 30Mpa and weight 4.50kg) Including 25mm thick local sand base levelling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with local sand all complete work.

Supply and Laying of 900mm dia N.P.-3 Hume Pipe culvert including all labour and T&P etc. complete. As directed by Engineer in charge.

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick Cement plaster in 1:4 in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth No. extra for mixing any additive.

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 of not less than strength of M-150 Stone ballast (40 mm nominal size) approved coarse sand and cement, curing complete, Including cost of form work. In Foundation and floors.

Construction of RCC Box Culvert/Minor Bridge Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. As per MORT&H Specification No. 12.1

Plain Cement Concrete M-15 in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification No. 12.1

Reinforced Cement Concrete (M-30) in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification No. 12.8G Case-II.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification No. 13.9

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification No. 13.10.

PCC M15 Grade leveling course below approach slab complete as per drawing and Technical. As per MORT&H Specification No. 14.10

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/ Prestressed cement concrete M-30 in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification. As per MORT&H Specification No. 14.1C.

Construction of precast RCC railing of M30 Grade, aggregate size not exceeding 12 mm, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical RCC post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre to centre spacing between vertical post not to exceed 2000 mm, leaving adequate space between vertical post for expansion, complete as per approved drawings and technical specifications. As per MORT&H Specification No. 14.6.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications. As per MORT&H Specification No. 14.2.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications. As per MORT&H Specification No. 13.8

Drainage Spouts complete as per drawing and Technical specification. As per MORT&H Specification No. 14.9

Dewaterng of water trenches during excavation, concreting, masonary works upto sub soil/ water level including hire charges of 5 H.P.

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet).
