Dismantling and removing the existing mastic flooring and disposing of debris within 50m lead and as directed Engineer-in-charge.

4mm thick Polyurethane concrete flooring Providing and applying Cementitious polyurethane floor topping at thickness of 4mm using Fosroc Nitoflor SL 3000 UT a three-component product or equivalent. A forced-action rotary paddle mixer is recommended for the mixing the product. Topping applied at 3mm thickness over a scratch coat with Nitoflor SL 3000 UT or equivalent of 1mm to the designated area and shall have smooth matt finish, including treating the edges of joint with appropriate profile for taking dianomic continuous wheel loads etc complete as per manufacturer specification and as per directed by Engineer-in-charge. On cured shall exhibits the following: Compressive Strength (ASTM C109) 28 days at 50.8 MPA, Tensile strength (BS6319-7) 6.8MPA, Flexural strength (BS6319-3)17.9 MPA, slip resistance (ASTM E303) Dry, S56/S96-22/32 (moderate slip risk), Impact Resistance (ASTM D2794), 8.1 Joules, high resistance to damage. Ensure that the construction, control joint and other anchorage grooves of as per manufacturer specification are fully wetted out with material at the edges, day joints, up-stands, drain, doorways and at regular points across the floor and all debris removed, including surface preparation. Surface preparation Preparing the existing surface of floor by short blasting/ scarification and cleaning by wire brushing etc, to remove all dirt, dust, oil etc to expose clean sound base concrete. Cost shall include treatment of construction and control joints filling as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Any imperfections in the concrete shall be treated with suitable epoxy/ polyurethane system as per manufacturer specification which shall be paid separately.

Providing, supplying and applying Resin based epoxy screed mortar FOSROC nitoflor TF5000 to the floor areas having major undulations, pits and where slopping is required. The Epoxy mortar shall be applied over tacky condition of primer FORSOC Nitroprime 25(M) on Properly prepared concrete surface. Quoted rate shall include necessary material and labour for the application.

Providing and laying rapid setting concrete using FOSROC -Renderoc RSXtra or equivalent as per manufacturers specifications and placing the same in the prepared surface and levelling the same using appropriate tools and finishing neat and flush. Curing compound shall be applied immediately on the finished surface. All spilled mix and up stands if any shall be grinded using concrete grinding machine to achieve a flat levelled surface to facilitate easy and smooth movement of traffic. Additional protective coating shall be applied if required on the repaired surface for enhanced performance etc all complete and as directed by Enginere-in-charge. The cured repair concrete shall achieve compressive strengths of 15N/mm2 after 3 hours and 25N/mm2 after 1 day (@ 250C). The material shall thus be capable of supporting pedestrian and vehicular traffic after 4 hours, at an ambient temperature of 250C. Providing and laying in position with polysulphide(pouring grade) sealant type FB conforming to BS 5212-1990 of approved brand in expansion/construction/dummy joints including painting the contract surface of the joints with polysulphideprimer of approved brand, over and including expanded polythylene armour rod of appropriate size in expansion /construction / dummy joints etc complete as per manufacturer specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (for payment only linear length of joint and polysulphide quantity shall be considered).

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with floor location as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The joints system will be of stailess steel Grade 304. angle 50x50x6mm including welding grainding buffing, polishing with hold fast embeded with Fosrac Lockfix S high strength polyester resin anchor grout etc.. on eighther side of the expension joint, self aligning / self centering arrangement and support plates etc and finish floor treatments. The system shall be such that it provides floor to floor expansion control system for various vertical localtion in load application areas that accommodates multi directional movement without stress to it's components. The expension joint cavity to allow freedom of movement and flexure in all directions.The work to be carried out in the vechicle movement area part by part without affecting the cargo operation. Provision of Moisture Barrier with backer rod in the Joint System to have watertight joint is mandatory requirement all as per the requirement and as approved by Engineer -in-Charge. The cost include dismantling the damaged edges of expansion joint removing of worn out sealant, disposal of un serviceable metirials and preparing the damaged surface edges of expansion joint with GP 2 Grout all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
