9. Manufacturer Authorisation Form: Vendor should submit the specific MAF for this along with OEM Product datasheet of the quoted model

1. Preferable Delivery period: 60 days from date of placement of PO

2. Installation should be carried out by your representative at HAL site within 30 days of supply.

3. The seller shall ensure compliance with all applicable cybersecurity and data protection guidelines issued by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).

4. Customer support from the seller for troubleshooting, bug resolution, and assistance in using the software through phone, email, live chat, or on-site support, as applicable.

5. Licenses must be genuine Microsoft Volume Licenses.

6. Activation shall be provided through: Multiple Activation Key (MAK) and/or Key Management Service (KMS) as specified by the purchaser

7. The vendor shall guarantee license validity and activation for the lifetime of the product. Vendor shall provide the support for Updation (Patches and Bug fixes) and Upgradation of version within support period.

8. Any activation or licensing issue during the deployment phase shall be resolved at no additional cost.
