Applying water proofing treatment as under:- (a) Apply a coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg per Sqm (b) Laying APP polymer modified membrane 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 kg per sqm with side & end laps by torch application method as specified. (c) Applying hot blown type bitumen of grade 85/25, applied hot at the rate of 2.25 kg/ sqm over the APP membrane.

Plate earthing for substation equipments (Transformer, lighting arrestor and feeder pillar box) complete with galvanised mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( in earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcaol dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and incl GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts, & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate at one end and connected to metallic body of HT/LT equipments etc at the outer, earth strip encased in and incl 50 mm bore og GI grade pipe with all fitting from top of electrode to body of equipments fixed with and incl 25 x 6 mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and RCC cover complete all specified and shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Pt-I. The scope of work also include necessary excavation and earthwork.

Supply and lay pipe ductile Iron , S/S including specials, Class “K-7” ,100 mm (4”) dia, all as specified.

Supplying, fixing, jointing for rubber gasket of size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fix, connect and test sluice valves of size 100 mm bore and class PN 1.6, cast iron body with forged brass spindle, non rising type, and cast iron wheel head, both ends flanged, IS-14846 marked, complete with neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing and testing non-return valves of size 100 mm bore as per IS 5312, heavy duty, both ends flanged pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit / chamber of size 900 x 900 x 900 mm (internal dimensions) all as shown in drawing CEDZ / TD 16 / 95, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC, plaster in CM 1:6 on inside and outside (above ground), MS angle iron 40 x 40 x 6mm thick frame work, with PCC cover & hold fasts, all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commsissioning of water coolers, elect. driven, single phase having approx 80 litres storage capacity and nominal cooling capacity of 40 Litres per hour, all as specified.

Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2.0 KVA, all as specified and directed.

Desert cooler electric driven (single phase), GI sheet body of gauge not less than 18, having nominal air flow capacity of 4000 Cum per hour, all as specified..
