Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level:1: 1.5:3 ( 1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and fixing ornamental decorative Cast Iron railings & spikes (member dimension L=840mm, W=170mm & Wt=3.60 Kg) which is fixed with mild steel hollow pipes at top and bottom 50mm mild steel, vertical post of 50mm tube and 25mm tube & Horizontal member just below top member of 25mm hollow tube . suited to railings and fixed at a distance of 3.0 mtr c/c or where ever required including welding, grinding, buffing, finishing and making curvature (wherever required) fasteners, bolts etc. of required size on the top of the C.C column with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Fabrication of decorative railing of cast iron with MS steel section shall be done in workshop with experienced and capable fabricator.

12 mm cement plaster : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix:1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of required colour to give an even shade :Two coats of approved brand and manufacture on new work and one coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture with electric-powered handheld airless sprayers machine i/c cleaning, sand papering, metalic putty and repair of any holes/gaps/patches/cracks to provide smooth finish with satisfaction of Engg-In-Charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 10, 20 & 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slope and camber in panels as required including consolidation finishing and tamping complete.Note-Compaction shall be done with needle vibrator and screed vibrator. The panel shall be made with C-Channel of the full height of concrete to be laid and floater mahine will be applied there upon and proper texture will be made with brooming. Mechanically cutting of joints 3mm wide x 1/2 thickness shall have to cut as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and Noting extra shall be paid for performing these activity.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineerin-charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour design and pattern. Note:Sample and design has been kept in the office of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing 4mm thick ACP sheet of required colour on existing board with necessary screws as per specification and as directed by E. I. C.

Providing and fixing with Radium computer cut letters of any colour and shade with adhesive backing which shall be paste over required surface evenly and justified way, the letter should not be wraped or unequally adjusted etc.conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4656-01.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing convex mirror size 800mm dia circular Type ABS Material on MS tube frame complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including welding, cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
