Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 3 M depth for foundation, etc., and getting out in hard/ dense soil. Complete all as specified note taking out drain pipe shall be measured and paid separately

All as per iitem No 4.00 here in before but exc 1.5m and n. exc 3m deep all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking 100mm bore. drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set in cement mortar, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Demolition and breaking 150 mm bore. drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete set in cement mortar, separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Removing Excavated spoiln to a distance execeeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5 KM and depositing where directed. At a level not exe 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified

Cleaning the septic tank/sludge chamber of any depth/area/condition including taking out stagnated sludge or any other material mixed with the sludge etc deposited in the septic tanks, filling in closed containers and depositing in excavated pit, covering the pit with earth after depositing sludge, sprinkling fresh lime on covered pit and around septic tanks/ soakage wells to make it hygenic complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of pumping with mechanical sewage pump, excavation of earth pit and fresh lime shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted. (ii) Charges of covered container incl its transportation shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rate. (iii) Depth of liquid sludge in the septic tank will be determined and recorded before commencement of work by any Engg conventional method in the presence of Engr-in charge and Contractor.

Disludging Man Holes by taking out sludge and foregin materials and excavating a pit of appropriate size depositing sludge in the pit and covering with 30 cm thick layer of soil to cover the sludge including removing surplus soil where directed by Engineer-in-Charge including sprinking of bleaching powder over the pits. (a) Depth of manhole upto 2 Mtrs

Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 100mm bore by rodding with split bamboo/ cleaning rods so as to clean the line blockage and allow to flow effluent to the next man hole including pumping of sewage water wherever required. all as directed by enginner in charge

Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 150mm bore by rodding with split bamboo/ cleaning rods so as to clean the line blockage and allow to flow effluent to the next man hole including pumping of sewage water wherever required. all as directed by enginner in charge

Cleaning of existing sewage lines of 200mm bore by rodding with split bamboo/ cleaning rods so as to clean the line blockage and allow to flow effluent to the next man hole including pumping of sewage water wherever required. complete all as directed by enginner in charge

M&L for Cleaning the blockage gully trap/ floor trap/ nahani trap up to firs manhole by rodding complete enable the sewage to flow freely to the next manhole removing the sludge and other materials from the manholes by suitable means and removing all the materials obtained from the manholes out side md land and clearitng the complete area incl making good any damages to the manholes, complete all as directed by enginner in charge

Desilting of Drains in any condition [including foul condition] with necessary dewatering and temporary diversion of drain water as required including disposal of spoil to outside MD land including removing and replacing cover slabs complete all as directed.

M & L for removing the plants from the surfaces of the building with complete roots, applying recommended chemical to prevent further growth as directed, making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying the same surface finish of the existing surface and finished to match with the surrounding surfaces including removal of debris etc. out side the premises complete all as required and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness, (Below or above ground level) separation of serviceable materials from the unserviceable, stacking the serviceable materials within 100 M and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100 M as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in landings, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, cover slabs (for manholes etc.) shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form work, complete all as specified.

Mild steel deformed or TMT bars 8mm to 10 mm bore. cut to length, bent to shape required, in stirrups, spacers and binders and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm bore. or securing with clips.

All as per item No 23 above but 6 to 8 mm bore.

(a) Slope correction by using M-20 (Nominal Mix) concrete minimum 25mm thickness at one end and a slope of 1:20 by using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate with integral water proofing Chemical PIDI PROOF-LW mixed in proporation 200ml /50 Kg cement of DR Fixit of Pidilite Industries Ltd or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd in proporation 200ml / 50 Kg cement or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(b) PCC padding with cement concrete 1:1.5: 3 type A 0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) 25mm thick with integral water proofing compound "Dr Fixit" manufactured by M/S Bouchemic or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions complete.

(c) Vertical sides plastered in CM 1:3, 15mm thick with WPC and 72 hours testing for water tightness by ponding of water complete.

(d) Application of two coats proof coats black manufactured by M/S Dr fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer instructions all over and testing again for water tightness by ponding of water for 72 hours complete.

S & F cast iron bend (Sand cast) of any radius with or without oval access door including jointing with cement joints for (100mm bore)

S & F 100mm cast iron branch piece (sand cast) single (equal or unequal) ordianary or inverted spigot or socket type or with parallaled branches and fitted with or without oval access door and fixed to soil pipe in cement joints 1:2

S & F salt glazed stone ware gully trap of size 150 x 150mm to existing pipe line set in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 and jointed in cement mortar (1: 1) in repairs all as specified

S & F in repair 40mm dia low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) with fitting of pressure ratting 6 Kg / Sqcm fixed to wall /ceiling or in floors including necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking out saturated broken bricks from soak well (soakage pit) and refilling with fresh broken bricks of guage 40 to 80mm size and disposal of rubbish / unserviceable material to a distance n exc 50m from site complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Note-: Record of pump operated shall be maintained date wise duls signed

S & F 150mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP-2, laid and jointed including testing, with collars complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 50mm thick sand stone slabs in manholes cover of required size, set and pointed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PCC paver block/ tiles, dry laid, of any thickness and re-laying in same position with same specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel work as in clamps, hold, fast etc and similar small articles supports or stays for rain water confirming to Fe 290 Ged -E-165complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debrish and rubbish off the premises and stacking serviceable tiles .
