M&L of false ceiling in step(s) comprising of 12mm thick Gyp board including GI frame work for seamless ceiling made of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flange of 20 to 30 mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screw at 450 mm centre to centre intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flange of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleats and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre with and including two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as directed. Make -India Gypsum/Gyproc/Lafarge. Note:- The measurement shall be made flat from wall to wall without considering step(s).

Taking down cement mortar plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face of brick walls/concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 5 mm thick on concrete surfaces as in ceiling in CM 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over chalk whitening newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 1.5mm thick wall care putty incl rubbing sanding with sand paper for smoothness of surface complete over one coat of interiour wall primer complete all as spd and directed.
