Work related to 33 KV overhead line from nandira Sub-Station to 33 kv sub-Station of Hingula OCP 33 kv/6.6kv substation maintenance, necessary power supply line shifting, maintenance inside substation premises and man power supply for a period of 365

Erection of metallic pole of length (above 11 meter and upto 13 meter) in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) V shape cross arm for two 33 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required .

Supplying of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre), pole top bracket/ cross arm for single 33 KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/ 33 KV as required.

Supply of Polymer Disc insulator

Erection of 33 kv polymer disc insulator complete with large steel head GI pin ,nuts,washers etc as required

Supply of Polymer Pin insulator

Erection of 33 kv polymer Pin insulator complete with large steel head GI pin ,nuts,washers etc as required

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Erection of single piece nonlinear resistor type lightning arrestor suitable for 3 wire, 33 KV overhead lines with rated voltage 30 KV (rms) with a nominal discharge current rating of 10 KA (station class) and complete with galvanised clamping arrangement, G.I. bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Dismantling of pole embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required.

Providing labour (5 Nos./day) for tree branch trimming along the 33kv overhead power supply line

Providing labour (8 Nos./day) for loading and unloading of pole from central store to Hingula OCP

Attending breakdown for overhead line fault identification/rectification and other miscellaneous works in second and night shifts (one skilled manpower in each of the two shifts)

Total impact of GST for the purpose of CTC
