Civil Work

Renovation of Existing Control room Building

Demolition of brick work above ground level upto floor level including staking of serviceable material and disposal of un-serviceable material within 20 mtr. lead in cement mortar

Taking out door and windows, clerstory windows including shutters. Steel or wood including staking the material not exceeding 3 sq mtr. in area

Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.5 mtrs. Staking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. Clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into the plinth, side of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of the surplus soil as directed within 20 mtrs. lead (P.W.J.W.)

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 Sand:8 Grading stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angel iron in frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and proping etc with wooden battens and ballies, height of proping as centering bel;ow supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for insitureinforced concrete and concrete work in:

i) In foundation and plinth

ii) Column and pillar below and above plinth level

iii) Beams, cantilever girdirs and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, contilevers, bressumars & lintels not exceeding 1 meter. In depth in all heights from floor.

iv) Flats surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like, Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

v) Edges of slab

Providing & laying complete cement concrete work 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 200mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

i) Foundation footing

ii) Column and pillar below and above plinth level

iii) Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and contilever upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 Sand, 4 Grading stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding form work in:

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding, and placing in position complete upto floor two level:

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters for doors and windows with aluminium frame, style size 14 SWG 75x30mm section window's & 100x35mm section for door complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer Incharge and fitted with wire gauge of approved IS Specification, painted in matching shade complete with all fittings.(Market Rate)

Providing and fixing on wall face C:I rainwater pipes including fitting the joints with spun yarn and cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement, 2 sand)

Constructing course rubbel hammer dressed 'U' shape open surface drain with side wall 15x22cm in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement, 6 sand) inside plastering with cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement, 3 sand) including earth work and lying 10cm cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 cement, 5 sand, 10 graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as per standard design.

White washing with lime on undercoated wall surfaces two coats to give and even shade including throughly broming the surface to remove all dirt dust and other foreign matter

Extra every sub sequent one coat of white washing with lime on ceiling

Distempering (two coats)with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade on undecoated wall surface to give an even shade over and including a primary coat with distemper, primer of approve brand and manufacturer after throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. priming coat with distemper primer

Extra for every sub sequent coat of distempering with oil bound washable distempe of approved brand and manufacturer one coat

Finishing wall with water proofing cement and of approved brand and manufacturer and of required shade on undecoated wall surfaces (2 coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powered materials

Extra for every sub sequent coat of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture one coat
