BLACK GRANITE CLADING Providing and laying 18 mm thick mirror finished granite stone flooring, machine cut in required size, approved shade, color and texture laid using white cement slurry over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) followed by laying, fixing and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with matching pigment, including rubbing and curing moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc complete at all levels.(as approved)

Aluminium Partition: Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Including 750mm x 750mm x 3mtr long excavation and construction of 850mm x 850mm x 300 mm high brick wall chamber with cement mortar.
