Module Mounting Structure ( For 2HP, 3HP and 5HP Solar Water Pumping System): Supply, transportation & installation of G.I Manual tracking structure made of MS hollow <ecuons. pipes. plates, angles etc as per IS 4923,1161/1239, 1079/2062, to hold min 300 Wp SPV Module as per or awing and specification of MNRE. The steel structure is to be protected with minimum 80 micron galvanisation(hot dip) and provided with dual axis manual tracking arrangement three times in a day and seasonal tilting are to be regulated to face the sun optimally. Lighting System at Scheme: (with lighting Pole) : Dusk to dawn lighting arrangement of at 4 mtre height above ground Level with Hot Dip Galvanized 80mmx50mm,medium duty pipe, with 12 V, 15Ah 2-in-1 Lithium ion/ Ferro- Phosphate battery with in-built 7-11 watt LED lamp, 50 Wp solar panel (Minimum 19 % Efficiency) to cover the scheme area. The lighting system should be warranted for 5 years from the date of installation.
b) Lightning protection (Pole mounted): Lightning protection with 3" X 1.5" G.I pipe of 6m + 1 m height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (Medium) 3.0 Mts. long and 1 x 19/10 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including socketing at both ends of stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thimbles and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. including connection to earth electrodes with 25 X 6mm G.I strip. Supply and installation of 3 phase AC electromotorpump-motor set with speed of 3000r.p.m (synchronous speed) suitable for Solar applications and shall have 60 months guarantee for the following conditions including loading,unloading, transportationetc.:-(Refer technical specification for more detail) d) 5 HP ISI marked 3 phase 415 V Pump-Motor set having discharge at required head as below:- i) Monoblock Surface Pump-motor set ISI marked as per IS: 9079 for mini RLI scheme with discharge of 13.8 LPS at 18 mts. total head with 100 mm dia. reinforced PVC suction pipe (20 m) and delivery pipe (10 m), foot valve, nipple, priming bend, Cable and all other required accessories to complete connection of suction and delivery side.
Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work
Comprehensive maintenance charges for 5 Years (which cover monthly inspection, Yearly training to WUA, to attend breakdown within 3 days and to keep the scheme in operation without lapse of time) For 5 HP both for Submersible & Surface pump Note: Total comprehensive maintenance charge is to be withheld in addition to Comprehensive maintenance charges will be released @ Rs. 0.60 per Wp per year at the end of each maintenance period i.e.at the end of 1st year,2nd year, 3rd year, 4th year, 5th year. In case the "Bidder" does not provide service during the warranty & comprehensive maintenance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited.
Insurance @ 2% for Item No.2.01, 2.02, 2.08 & 2.10 for a period of 5 years. Note:2 Item 1st year's Insurance charge is to be paid on production of Original Receipt of premium payment. Remaining 4 years Insurance payment is to be withheld which will be released during 2nd, 3rd ,4th & 5th year on production of Original Receipt of premium payment.
Supply fitting and fixing of Hot dip Galvanised ( min 80 micron) / Powder Coat painted M.S Kiosk Box / Stainless Steel Kiosk of SS304 of 800(L) X 500(W) X 650(H) and total height with legs is 950mm for mounting of motor-pump set including transportation, grouting in Cement Concrete as shown in drawing.
Remote monitoring for 5 years : Provision for remote monitoring for the pumps must be made in the pump controller through an integral arrangement having following basic functions:a.Controller must be assigned with a unique serial number and its live statusmust be observed remotely on online portal through login credentials.b.Live statusmust indicate whether controller is ON/OFF.The parameters i.e.the water output,water flow rate,in fault condition,array input voltage/current,powerand motor frequency should at logged at an interval of 10 minutes c.Controller must have abackup tostore thedata locally(at least for1year),D.supply& installation of GSM/GPRS based DataTransmitter or Modem and to provide remote monitoring service to transmit the parameters tocentral server from the solar pumping system with time stamp at user-defined interval and report generation at the buyer end. Note: - Charges of remote monitoring will be withheld and released after successful completion of comprehensive maintenance period for 5 Years.
Cleaning and washing of modules once in a month with clear water to remove deposited dust and dirt on the module surface and keep the modules clean throughout the year. The activity to be performed for eight months in a year excluding four monsoon months. A log book should be maintained at thr site for the said purpose. Note: - Charges of Cleaning and washing of modules of each Solar Structure of the Scheme for 8 Month/Year @Rs. 300/month(i.e. 40 Months X 4 Structures X 300/Month) will be withheld and released after completion of comprehensive maintenance period for 5 Years. Log Book will be issued by the respective Sub-Division.

Laying Water Transmission Arrangement of Solar Mini RLI Scheme.
Earth work in excavation of field trenches as per designed section & allignment for laying of pipe lines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc) upto a depth of 1500 mm in all sorts of soils including removing spreading or stacking extra earth as directed. The item includes necessary trimming of sides trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom as required complete.
Laying of PVC pipes of different diameters within field trenches in curve/ straight line including using UPVC fittings, Viz. Horizontal and Vertical Bends, riser pipes, Tee Reducer etc.and making leak proof joints with couplers after roghening the surface with wire brush and emery paper and applying solvent cement (The rate is inclusive of transport of pipesfittigs and solvent cement to be supplied by deptt.) all complete asper direction of Engineer-In- charge

Single brick flat soling of picked Jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m. (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel. II) JSW/JSPL/SHYAM/SRMB/BMASL/ELECROSTEEL/SSL.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor) [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]. Earth work in filling in trenches after laying pipelines (PVC, RCC, ACP etc) with good earth obtained from excavation of field trenches in layers not exceeding 225 mm, including watering & ramming etc. Layer by Layer complete. (Payment will be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work)
Erection, fitting, fixing of set of M S Tripod inlet and outlet pipe fittings for Mini RLI Scheme.(Rate inclusive of transportation from departmental store to work site).
Labour charges for fitting, fixing 110 mm dia Alfa-Alfa valve with 140 mm dia class-II, UPVC riser pipe with the help of FTP (flanged tail piece) by joining the PVC end of the tail piece and riser pipe with coupler and flanged end of tail piece Each and Flap valve with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc complete.(Rate inclusive of transportation from departmental store to work site).
Testing of pipe line system against leakage by fillinh the distribution chamber with water and supplying water through the entire pipe line net work for atleast 4 (Four) hours including hiring and transport of suitable generstor , pump , tools and plants, fuel and lubricants and installation of the pump connecting the same with pipe line network making necessary electrical connection and dismantling all these after completion of test all complete as per direclion cf Engineer -in - Charge. For MINI RLI.
Labour charges for fitting, fixing (150 x 140) mm dia M S reducer with 140 mm dia UPVC pipe with the help of FTP (flanged tail piece) by joining the PVC end of the tail piece and 140 mm dia UPVC pipe with coupler and flanged end of tail piece and expander with rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. complete. (Rate inclusive of transportation from departmental store to work site).
Supplying, fitting and fixing including transportation of Sign board of MS fabricated Structure Sheet Size 2 m x 1 m x 1.5 mm thick, MS flat bar (40 mm x 6 mm) welded with frame with 2 nos. MS Angle post (45 mm x45 mmx6mm) of 2.44 m length embeded 0.6 m into 1:2:4 Cement Concrete pasting flex on the MS Sheet ( 2 m x 1 m) as approved signage. This will include Civil construction works of foundation, Painting , material , fitting fixing and labour complete as per Drawing and direction of EIC.

Labour Charges for fitting, fixing and laying, where necessary of following M.S / G.I. / E.R.W. pipes and accessories (to be supplied departmentally) including transportation of the same cutting, threading, jointing and making leak-proof threaded / flanged joint at site, by using socket / rubber insertion, nuts and bolts etc. maintaining proper alignment and level - all complete - as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Registration Cost for WUA under suitable act(Society) deed writing including registration charges,Conveyance Costs & Opening of Bank A/C etc
Livelyhood plan / Micro plan formulation cost for minor irrigation scheme, cost including refreshment, training materials, transport local conveyance, wage payment to community worker, remuneration to resource person and incidental charge (rate on meeting). One training immediately after formation of WUA & remaining 03 nos training from each season Kharif, Aman & Rabi). Note: Charge of 1st training is to be paid on production of attendence sheet of the training, remaining 3 nos training charges will be released after completion of 1 year with security deposit on production of attendence sheets of remaining 3 nos training. In case the "Bidder" does not provide service during the maintanance period, the amount so held up will be forfeited.
Meeting and Onsite demonstration for operation & maintenance of one Mini RLI water management and mode of Collection of Water Tax,building of Corpus Fund etc
IEC Materials (Leaflet,poster,notebook)=8 meetings for Sl No4.0 2 and Sl -4.04
Documentation Cost for activities of WUA Scheme by still photography,report booklet etc in both hard and Soft Copy
Impact study & monitoring of scheme by site visit of 2 Community Workers during 3 years period Note:- charges of all impact study and monitoring to be withheld in addition to security deposit and will be released after completion of the 03 year.
Add GST @18% on sl. No.4.01 to 4.09 ( WUA)
