Supply, Install, Testing and Commissioning RMU 11kV, 630 Amps, 21 KA for 3 Sec.SF6 insulated, both side extensible, outdoor type, fully motorized, in combination of 1 No VCB module as Incomer and 04 Nos Load Break Switch as Outgoing (VCCCC), consisting of copper busbar in SF6 insulated 304 (Non - Ferrite Non - Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5 mm with manometer fixed on the tank. The Breaker shall have mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil. The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirming to IEC - 62271-1,100,200. The RMU gas tank should be internal arc tested for 21 KA for 1 second with IAC - AFLR classification for gas tank. The complete RMU mimic and cable chamber should be covered by a single door to have ingress protection of minimum IP54. The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and VI of VCB should be RMU Manufacturer's own make. (for MH Power House 6 Pole Structure) RMU should have following: - 1 No, microprocessor based self powered numerical relay with Over Current / Earth fault & short circuit protection (with Rs 485 port and modbus protocol) in each VCB feeder, Relay should display each phase current. - 3 Nos, Protection CT shall be of Burden 2.5 VA, ratio 200 - 100/1A, Class of Accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB outgoing feeder. (CT ratio is indicative and may vary during detailed engineering). - 1 No Manometer for each tank - 1 No Voltage passage indicator for each feeder. A= 0, B = 1
Continued serial item No. 13 - Completely touch proof screen seperable termination kit for all the feeder Modules considering installation shall be above 1500 meter altitude. - Vacuum Interrupter & RMU should be of same make for better life cycle optimization. - Basic insulation level of complete RMU shall be 28KV (RMS) / 75 KV (Peak) - The VCB operating sequene must be O-0.3-CO-3 MIN-CO & tested for 10000 CO mechanical operation - Set 24V Battery & Charger for indication, operation of VCB and load break switch. There must battery and charger health monitoring system for scada. - Complete RMU must be scada ready and all the wirings for control and Indication of each module, Better health, Gas pressure monitoring etc to brought to a dedicated set of Terminal bolck and there shall be space to be left to mount FRTU in future. (System house / Franchise/license partner are not approved).
Continued serial item No. 13 Note :- (i) Cost of supply and fix of Switchgears / Breakers having terminals / disconnecting links for termination of CT wiring including fuses complete all as required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Cost of Foundation including construction material as per manufacture design complete is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) Rate is inclusive for dismantling, taking down existing HT cable from 4 pole / 2 pole structure and connecting Switchgears / Breakers. (iv) Rate of cable end joint shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant item. (v) Cost of additional base channel required at site shall be measured and paid seperately. Compensation @ Rs 80000.00 shall be recovered from contractor due in case failure. (viii) Rate is inclusive for submitting completion Drg and network details after testing & commissioning but before completion of work.
