Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting trees rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness

Cleaning the existing black topped surface with removal of foreign materialswith brooms or soft brushes and finallydusting with old gunny bags and/orcompressed air to receive bituminous etc.

Earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts transporting to site,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting at OMC by Vibratory Roller to meet the requirement of Table-300.2 as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications dfor Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) complet including cost,conveyance,Royalities,Taxes of all materials,all labours,hire and running charges of all machineries,T&P ,sundries etc. complete as per spcification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the materialnwithb water at OMC in mechanical mix plant , carriage of mix material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base or base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works.

Providing & applying Primer Coat with Btumen Emulsion on prepared Surface of Granular Base including clearing of road surface & applying primer at the rate of 0.60 Kg/Sqm using Mechanical meansas per clause 502 of MoSRT&Hl specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision) .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor @ 0.20kg/sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with mechanical brooms as per clause 503 of MOSRT & H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.Revision) [Output-3500 sqm]

Providing and laying Semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory roller and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause-508 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision)

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1700, 300 & 800 of MoRD and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
