Construction of ancillary works for Additional Arae of road at 25 TPD Solid waste Management Project and Artificial stone in floor at 25 TPD Solid waste Management Project within Jhargram Municipality

Construction of granular sub-base by providinggraded material, mixing by mix in placemethod with Rotavator at OMC, spreading inuniform layers with Motor grader on preparedsurface in proper grade and camber,compacting with vibratory roller to achieve thedesired density, including lighting, guarding,barricading, including cost of all materials,machinery, tools and plants including cost ofquality control complete as per Clause 401 ofSpecifications for Road & Bridge Works ofMoRT&H (5th Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stoneaggregates of specific sizes to water boundmacadam specification including spreading inuniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)

Supply & laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking concrete pavement block (ICBP) with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS15658:2006 manufatured in steel mould champered to a vibrating table by hydraulic pressure(as per el no.6.30of IRC SP-63-2018 from BIS licesnese manafactures, with sapcer nib(small prtrouding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block unsed as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blaocks as per CL No.3.26 of IS 15658 and of specific size and shape with aspect ratio as per Taable 2 of IS15658 with flextural stregnth/braking load as per annexure G of IS 15658 on the preapred base course specified CBR as per table 1 of IRC SP 63(2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushon of compacted bedding sand of 25-35mm thick and filling gap in between paver blocks with joint filling sand(the grading of joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per clause no.8.7 of IRC SP 63 with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand.compaction, levveling and filling up the edges gap
