The Tenderer should submit the Solvency Certificate from authorized Bank for 30 % Amount of Rs.1,36,830/- lakhs format enclosed

the tendered, as authorized representative/dealer, has supplied, installed and commissioned satisfactorily at least 50%(Rs.2,28,050/-)quantity similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements in any one of the last three years which must be in satisfactory operation for at least 12 months from date of supplying item to concerned ULB of beneficiary with all maintances

GST Registration Certificate with last 3 years Gst returns certificates and Pan Card Details

Company/ firm should have ISO CERTIFICATE

The tenderer should be a manufacturer who must have manufactured, tested and supplied the equipment (s) similar to the type specified in the Schedule of Requirements up to at least 80% (Rs.3,64,881/-)of the quantity required in any one of the last 3 years

Financial Turnover certificate for at least any two financial years in the last 5 years for a minimum financial turnover of Rs.4.56 lakhs and above, duly certified by The Chartered Accountant
