M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cementcomplete.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, platforms, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2mm thick factory made Polycarbonate chajjas with decorative frame complete ready to fix at site of dome/flat shape as specified and directed having 600mm or an other width including fixing to stone/block masonary wall/RCC beam or column with anchor fasteners (min 04 Nos fastener or more ) as per fixing requirment and manufacturer instruction at site complete all as spd and dir.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of ceiling including pillar etc and applying cement based putty of 1mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer of required shade and colour over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of walls/ceiling including pillar etc and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over wall surfaces complete by mechanical means as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5mm Alluminium composite panel of size n'exc 0.3m x0.3m for building no of minium letter n'exc 6 No's on a plate fixed with minium 02 nos of fasterners of stainless steel screw complete all as spd and dir by Engr-in-charge.(colour of sheet/letter as per approval of GE)
