Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick over concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement or stone surface above chajjas etc all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed

Preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper washable over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B1 ( 1:2:4) ( 20mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, over chajjas as padding, rounded or chamferd on edges including demolition of cement concrete in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling/ wall surface and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion Paint (Anti Fungal) white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.
