Care-taking/House-keeping of Inspection Quarters at IInd Floor of T.E Building Albert Road Amritsar.

Sweeping & Cleaning Part time of all rooms, drawing rooms, kitchen, lobby, Verandah, back side courtyard, corridor etc. of inspection quarter i/c dusting of all tables, chairs, racks, almirah, doors, windows applying damp potcha once a day in the morning on all days during the month as per the direction of E-in-C.(All consumable items like detergent, Acid Phenyl, Duster etc. shall be supplied by the contractor of approved quality. One small size soap will replaced in all toilets every day.)

Round the clock care taking of all suites (Four Nos.) i/c attending the visitors, serving of drinking water etc., attending the telephones, maintaining the record of booking of every suite, preparation of tea, & meals for the visitors, replacing the bed sheets, pillow cover, towels & soap etc. It is also i/c to make the entries completed from all visitors regarding check in and check out from inspection quarter, collecting charges from all visitors and depositing the cash so collected to the concerned authorities and including general upkeep and all other duties relating to care taking of the inspection quarter as assigned from time to time complete in all respect as per direction of E-In-C.

(Note:- 1. Rates are only for labour charges & excluding the cost of raw materials required for meals and tea etc.

2. All crockery shall be provided by the Deptt.

3. Minimum one care taker cum cook & One Helper shall be available in each working shift of eight hours.

4. Care taking is all inclusive of cooking and other general activities relating to cooking etc.

Part time cleaning and washing of kitchen utensils and crockery items etc. (Twice a day) on all days of the month with good quality of detergent and scrubbers etc. which shall be supplied by the Contractor of approved quality.

Washing and ironing of following items complete in all respect as per the direction of E-in-C.

Double Bed Sheets

Single Bed Sheets/Single white sheet

Washing of bathroom Mats

Quilt covers

Dry cleaning of following items complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
