M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of any tint, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 01 but on ceiling.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke scoot, mould, moss and efflorescent salt, trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated wall surfaces over a coat of alkali resistance primer, complete as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
