M&L for replacement of phase indicating LED lamp complete all as specified and directed. Make:- HPL, L&T, Siemens.

Cutting and cleaning the bushes, grass, small plants of the area near Pump house No-1,2,3,4,5, sewage PH 1,2,3 and removing the same from site and depositing at a distance n. exc 50 mtr complete all as directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve chamber having inner dimension 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (suitable for 100mm to 150mm sluice valves & reflux valves) with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, rendering /plaster 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 including provision of MS Sheet top cover 3mm thick with welding of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 4 mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron surfaces, lime wash on internal and external cement surfaces and locking arrangements including demolition of the existing chamber, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the washout MS Pipe line 150mm dia vertically / laid in trenches by unscrewing all the flange joints for rectification of blockage and refixing the same in position all as specified and as directed at site. Note : Accessories/joints will be paid separately

Cleaning of internal surfaces of Over Head Tank for 10000 gallons capacity at any height/staging by scrapping down/brushing and removing all silt dirt, algae etc. from walls, floors, washing/cleaning with water and applying one coat of white wash to all internal surfaces of walls and ceilings and one coat of cement based paint to all external surfaces including top surfaces of OH tanks including necessary scaffolding work. All old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder shall be provided with one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and old MS pipe railing shall be scrapped properly and shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x 40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc. using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Dismantling the motor of submersible (vertical type) pump set of capacity 10HP to 15HP, removing the existing burnt out winding and re-winding with suitable copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and filling of cooling oil with oil seal and terminal lead for AC, three phase, 415Volts grade and replacement of other petty items required for making motor functional, reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling the motor of submersible (vertical type) pumpset of capacity 25HP to 30 HP, removing the existing burnt out winding and re-winding with suitable copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and filling of cooling oil, packing with oil seal and terminal lead for AC, three phase, 415Volts grade and other petty items required for making motor functional and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only bleaching powder (30 to 35%) chlorine contained, as approved in suitable bag of 25 Kg, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lowering, jointing & testing In replacement MS black column pipe 3m long heavy duty, 150 mm bore, wall thickness 5.4 mm both end flanged with heavy duty MS flange not less than 16mm thickness screwed welded inside & outside.The flanged end making surface shall be made smooth of both ends flanged having 08 Nos. predrilled holes not less than 16 mm dia including rubber gasket, MS nuts, bolts and washers, pipe shall be painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of zinc chromite primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, lowering, jointing & testing In replacement MS black column pipe 3m long heavy duty 100mm bore, both ends flanged with heavy duty MS flanges of not less than 16mm thick, screwed, welded inside & outside.The flanged end making surface shall be made smooth of flanged both ends, including provision of rubber gasket, MS nuts, bolts and washers. Pipe shall be painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of zinc chromite primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for shifting of DG set 30 KVA from existing position (Sub Stn 'C') and install the same near Pump house No-2 and 50 KVA from tropo to STP refixing all electrical connection incl testing and commissioning complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

De-silting of accumulated soil from borewell 150 MM dia & depth up to 150 Feet by using air compressor / special equipments for atleast 12 Hrs, all as specified & as directed by Engineeer-in-charge. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of hiring of Air compressor / special equipment, fuel required, tools & Accessories including transportation & skilled men power to execute the work.
