Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundations, manholes, etc. or for laying cables/pipes, erecting poles, etc. not exceeding 10sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed

Returning, filling in, including, spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm deep as in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point in any type of soil including spreading in low lying area and leveling complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. not exceeding 1.5m high from base complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (type C-2) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) in coping, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, etc. including all necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for walling of random rubble, coursed in retainning walls, abutments and similar works, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar (1:6) with lime/sand stone and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 precast bond stone (in lieu of stone bond stone) set in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) Precast PCC bond stone shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item herein (ii) RR masonry shall be measured after deducting volume of PCC bond stones

M&L for precast PCC bond stone of in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates for retainning wall, abutment and similar works (set in cement mortar 1:4) including all neccessary formwork, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for raised pointing to random rubble, coursed masonry walls in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes, 110mm bore, single socketed in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed
