Supply ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of 100 KVA Step-down transformer 11/0.440 KV) Level -2 fitted with Silica Gel Breather,oil filled and tested,complete in all respects as per latest specifications and drawing adopted/approved by the department.

Supply ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of 63 KVA Step-down transformer 11/0.440 KV) Level -2 fitted with Silica Gel Breather,oil filled and tested,complete in all respects as per latest specifications and drawing adopted/approved by the department.

Earthing of Sub-Station-Excavation of earth Pit f 650 mm dia.& depth 3000 mm,Installation of earthing Pipe of 40mm nominal bore and 4mm wall thickness and length 2.5 m long as per IS-1239.GI Strip for neutral earthing of size 25mmX 3mm for connection of X-mer body ,G.O Set & LA as per IS-629/85,GI Nuts and Bolts refilled with earth enhancement materials & earth Chamber made of Brick massonary with RCC Slab Cover.

Providing ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of GI Channel Cross arms (100X50X50X6 mm) and (75X40X40X6 mm),transformer Belting, Clamps etc. fabricated out of Galvanised steel of different sizes to be fixed with GI Nuts and bolts and washers.(as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and installation, & Fixing of 11 KV G.O Switch 3Ph ,3-Pole of Capacity 200 A (Vertical type ) with arrangements for pad locks and operating rod.The operating rod should be G.I Pipe (B Class) of 25 mm dia of requisite length.

Providing , and Installation of gapless Surge Arrestor,9kV,10kV,LA with (Polymer ) housing ,Station Type.

Providing and installation of 11 kV Horn,Gap Fuse 3-Phase 100 A.

Providing, and fixing of un -armoured PVC Cable 185 mmSq. Including Al. Thimbles and SL Clamps

Providing & Installation of LT Distribution box for 100 kVA DTR with MCCB for incommer and SFU'S for outgoing circuit.

Providing and installation of LT Distribution box for 63 kVA DTR with MCCB for incommer and SFU'S for outgoing circuit.

Providing & fixing of 11 kV Polymeric composite Disc insulator 12 kV,minimum failing load of 45 kN,lighting impulse of 75 kV positive & 80 kV negative and with creepage distance of 320 mm.

Providing, ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 9 Mtr long (410-SP-33) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing, ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of ST Poles 8 Mtr long (410-SP-15) including excavation of pit and back filling soil & consolidating each deposit layer of by ramming and watering etc. (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of G.I Barbed wire for Anti Climbing devices with Clamps as per REC Standard.

Providing and fixing of Danger Plates with Clamps

Providing ,transportation ,installation, testing and Commissioning of V -Shaped GI Cross Arms (75X40X6 mm) with top Bracket including Clamps, GI Nuts and Bolts.

Providing, transportation and fixing of 11 KV Pin insulators with G.I Pins (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing, transportation and fixing of GI Clamps with LT Shackle insulators including nuts and bolts.(GI Back Clamps to be fixed with out drilling/punching of poles).

Providing and Laying, stringing of overhead 0.05 ACSR conductor (Rabbit) on cross arms through insulators including binding and twisting with soft aluminium wire both side of insulator complete in all respects (as per the latest specification and drawing approved by the department).

Providing and fixing of HT pole Earthing Complete by GI Rod 20mm 2.5 mtr long through GI Strip

Providing and fixing of LT pole GI spiral earthing 125 SWG Complete (as per latest specifications and drawing adopted /approved by the department.

Painting of pole with one coat of Red-Oxide and Two coats of Aluminium paint (including cost of paint)

Supply and laying of Cement Bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0.5 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level plaster and curing for 9 Mtr ST poles respectively (the leftover pit after concreting to be filled with soil and boulders).

Supply and laying of Cement Bottoming 1:2:4 mix as per REC standards 0 .45 cum/pole including muffing 20 cm above ground level plaster and curing for 8 Mtr ST poles respectively (the leftover pit after concreting to be filled with soil and boulders).
